A temple in the middle of a forest that is on a remote island, isolated from the rest of society. Dragons roam here of all kinds roamed here ranging from fire dragons all the way to dragons of darkness. People who dare brave the seas come here to test their courage and worth to learn how to summon these almighty beasts and even better leave the island alive. The original summoner will test the shinobi, then the dragons themselves.

A man in mysterious black guarment appeared before Alex. He held a scroll in one hand and he approached him. "What is your purpose here" He asked as he stopped several feet away from Alex

Hatsake walked in knowing being a genin he could possibly win a battle against a dragon but if he could seal it in a scroll and get it to obey him he would be able to pass his missions with flying colors he continued walking looking for the great Fuuton dragon. "great Fuuton dragon I call your name appear to me!!!"

The mysterious man looked at the other one who had came. "You are not capable of summoning a dragon, your chakra and overall abilities will not handle them. You'll die, so leave" He said as he looked back at Alex((unless you have a bijuu at chunin rank or your a joni and higher you cannot summon a dragon))

((yes but my kages never on he's a bum, no one from my village is on there all bums))
((join a more active one. Im trying to make rock active, but otherwise rain, sound, snow ((in the air with that)) need members. The one mostly is rock, since it just opened. im the kage there))
((ok I'll let my bum of a kage know that i quit his stupid village because he sukks))
