I tried to quit smoking today. I'm 18 and I've been smoking a pack a day since I was 12. I couldn't even go all day without buying a pack. Right now I'm completely discusted with my self for being so damn weak. They're just ******** ciggarettes. I used to do alot of drugs, and I did alot of messed up stuff to get them. But I quit that and I've got over a year clean. Why is it so damn hard to give up cigs!?

I can't even use the patch cuz I'm alergic to the adhesive, I break out in hives. I decided I'm just gonna chain smoke til I start throwing up. that should do the trick.

the gum doesn't really work because it's just nicotine in another form.
