yes, of course they are all useful in specific situations. But in general, they're not worth a slot unless you KNOW you'll need them.

I think hmm Hornet Nest is a very annoying and useless ring everything runs off and sometimes it really takes a long time for it to return i'm frickin' impatient so i get mad when people use that ring Keen Aye is shitty aswell i never really use it since i don't think it does a lot i also don't like Healing Halo it heals 22hp every 7 seconds on full rage so when you're in a fight it's really usless 'cause it doesn't heal enough why spill your rage on that when you can heal yourself way faster with Bandage (full rage +110hp every 3 seconds repeating it 5 times +550hp total) or Diagnose (full rage +497 in one hit) sure Healing Halo wins of them both if you just ran away from the fight and have the time to sit your a** down for 5 mins and let your Healing Halo do the work it's true it heals way more than those other two when you give it more time i went from 100hp to fully recovered hp with Healing Halo so that was +900hp but it will never ever heal you on time in a fight so it's really useless
now then moving on to the stamina

Healing Halo -10
Bandage -5
Diagnose -8

You can only use Healing Halo every ??? no idea 10 hours or something ¬_¬
Bandage's every 7 seconds
Diagnose every 10 seconds

You'll loose more stamina 'cause of that but the difference is that you won't die unless you suck ofcoure
lets put it like this the chance of surviving is way higher
I use both of the healing rings which saves my a** a lot not only mine but crew member aswell i can heal someone with Bandage when they're far away and it'll give me some time to get there and use Diagnose on time you can't do that with Healing Halo you'd be dead allready ¬_¬
I see some people only wear Healing Halo and then when they're dying they start shouting for people to heal them Healing Halo doesn't only let you die if you're in the middle of a fight seems like it'll make you shout for help in a really desperate and rude way aswell... pathetic neutral

Just wondering, why does everybody hate keen eye? it isn't bad.
you don't have to wear it. you could always just use it and then change the ring with another. lol XD it is better than nothing. it helps yoru accuracy, UNLESS!!!! your ghi ability of accuracy is high XD
