The Poisonwood Bible by Barbara Kingsolver.
It's the second of my two summer reading books this year, and so much better than Chinua Achebe's Things Fall Apart. At least, I think so. Poisonwood is just so much more... lyrical. The way it's written -- especially the chapters from Adah's point of view -- are almost musical. Things Fall Apart was too choppy for me. Nothing seemed to really flow.

I'm reading Terrier by Tamora Pierce and it is really good but i have only read the prologue and the first chapter.

Cathartic Denouement The Poisonwood Bible by Barbara Kingsolver.

How Not to be Popular by Jennifer Ziegler.
A girl, who's parents liek to travel a lot, moves to Austin, Texas, and decides that in order to avoid hurt when they move again, she must repel people and act loser-ish rather than befriending the "Bippies", beautiful people, liek she normally would. It's good. [:
