'Bored..bored and bored,' Sunari yawned as she strolled along a dusty path that wound its way around the edges of a rolling meadow. Someone over hearing her might just get the impression that the mare was bored. She cast a jaded eye at the scenery; it was all very nice, the bird song, the warm summer sun, the greenery and flowers. But it wasn't exciting..
Her hooves took her towards where she was told there was a Lake. If nothing else she supposed she could see if she was any better at swimming now she'd grown..or maybe she would just sink even quicker now she was heavier!
She wheeled around, turning on her hooves, her head looking skywards as she heard the call of a large hunting bird. Now that would be an adventure, to be able to fly. Alas, she was grounded, as so much of her family was and so she would have to seek excitement down here. She carried on towards the Lake, tail swishing at irritating flies.

I picked my way through the terrain as much as I could heading in one solid direction. My miniature frame cast a small shadow under me. I'm not short, Its just better down here. The sweet aroma of water had guided me and it was now in my sights. A nice tidbit of water to sooth my needs. Finally, something that is bound to draw the attention of another. I am bored, tired of being by myself. I need a little equine contact to make my day. Golden hues glanced out across the place as I noticed a small black spec across the way.
What could it be? My thought process began to churn. What ever you might be spec- I'm here. Smirk nestled itself on my lips, I chuckled to myself as I planted my hooves in the water.

Sunari could smell the water now, the damp drifting on the air towards her as she clipped across dried, browning grass. It seemed that the rain was overdue, but she didn't get that tingling, tense feeling from when a storm was coming. Well, at least the Lake would be cooler, and the air near it would be a few degrees so as well.
'Well here we are then,' the mare looked out across the water. Again, it was pleasant enough, but she wasn't yet sure if there was anything of interest here, and she'd not noticed the stallion so far.

My darkened neck arched out as I lowered my crania just a bit to eye the mare across the way. I was looking straight at her, Why wont she notice me? I could feel the heat rising up from my frame- mixing my emotions a bit. Suppressing the feelings I took a few more steps into the cool water as I was parched myself. My kissers touched the liquid that I had so proudly stood in, it latched on my tongue and traveled down my throat like children down a slide.
I lifted my crainia once more to see if she had taken notice, but I grew ever inpatient. I lifted a for piston and struck the water several times, drawing my muzzle down my my breast I nickered at her from across the way. I chuckled to myself, I'm not the best at first impressions, But I am sure to impress you later.

Sunari was startled at first; she hadn't seen the stallion, and so the sound of the water not only made her jump but sent the few water fowl that had landed on the water off onto the wing again.
She moved over, getting within hailing distance and looked at the stallion. He was attractive enough on first impressions, but she never judged on just those. It would take some conversation before she knew if he was somebody worth the time, and the talking to.
'Was that for my benefit, or do you have something against the water?'
