Okay Renji again, I don't want to seem like I'm coming across as rude or overstepping my bounds but what is happening with the role play? You announced that the role play is about to begin on the 29th of July, it's now the 4th of August, it's been almost a week. You've been on so I'm wondering why it's taking so long to get this started. You do have other crew members, you can rely on others. I'm making this into such a concern because this is what happened in Coral Star. People wait to long to do things, only talk happens then members become cross, people become inactive and things start going inactive and before you know it your guild is done. This is not the main Role play anyways, it shouldn't be such a big deal to get this launched. I, along with others, are getting a bit impatient. I believe this could have been started the same day you said it was going to happen, or at least the next..which you were on both times and yesterday and the day before that.
Get a move on is all I'll say.

I do agree with this one. I may not have much of a say since I was on Vacation but it seems to me that this Role play must get going or as Gorobei said over time it may crash. It is proven that Rp's such as this help keep members active and having fun but if it does not go underway things may not go well. I do have a small suggestion if it is taking this long to get an rp like this going maybe while it is still stalled somebody could come up with a little tournament or something like that to keep things going. I would happily do that! just to keep people busy. The guild is going well but to stop inactivity and people getting impatient maybe something small like this should happen. We do have a sparing forum now...maybe thats where small tournaments could be held. This is just a suggestion not a must. I must say since I came back from vaction I feel as though I have a new start in everything so whatever needs to be done I will take care of it.
Also I dont know if one happened while I was gone but when was the last time we had an activity check? for both crew and members? This may seem like it has nothing to do with the issue Goro has said but it does. You see if you planned for this Rp to happen July 29th and it is now August 4th. Some people may come to belive the guild is dieing and they may have lost some interest! Fear not though there is a positive. If we have not lost alot of people's interest it is not hard to regain it byt starting up this Rp ASAP or by doing the tournaments to keep people busy. But just doing the tournaments will not work maybe a prize to the winner? to keep people motivated? I dont know forgive my babbling its just an idea.
The biggest thing though is to keep the interest and keep the people busy! even if you are stumpted on an idea start something up but you cant leave things to long. The smaller things will act as a mere distraction or hobby to keep them busy until the real fun starts but that hobby or that distraction will soon run out, you can always start something new but people will get tired of that. Renji you are doing an Ok job so far. I owned to guilds and I just couldnt do it so I passed them on to someone else. I know it must also be stressful with Psioxy gone but in all honesty when things fail you gotta have a backup plan but I do understand the ppressure renji, it is tough. Just the main thing is to not give up and keep peoples interest.. that way a guild can be happy.

Perhaps the debate as to which squads will be sent has affected the launching of the RP? Also the fact that some captains are absent and must therefore be taken care of first, before we delve deeper into the RP storyline.
... Anyways I'm fine just waiting, haste makes waste and all that. xd

That may be the case as I said I was not here when this was all decided but I dont know I just dont want to loose members over something small like this. People might leave because the rp did not start on time. Lol.

Those captains who are not here could just enter late. A little slap on the back of the hand and the meeting continues. I know that's not really how it goes in the series, but we're allowed to bend the rules a little bit if we are changing all the characters, right? So long as the captains that are going to be sent to the Human World are present, we should all be good... right?

Ukitake has been absent from meetings and in TBTP, the 11th divsion captain was absent as well. It's not unheard of at all.

Very true, but they didn't bother to show up late and our missing Captains are probably going to want to show up at some time. sweatdrop Who knows. I'm just throwing it out there. It seems a little ridiculous to be completely stuck up on just a few people when there are so many more eager and waiting.

Not that it counts for much, but upon clicking "Role Play Sub-Forum - Current Title - Espada Invade The Human World", I found that Renji has made threads now.
Nothing in them though....

I'm a little irate that you thought you could do this on your own. The only reason you're still Vice captain is because I haven't had time to get on, I wouldn't feel so high and mighty "Hiraka"
