I'm kinda liking the revamps of FF, but they make them harder I swear. They give out plenty of Phoenix Downs and big boss weapon items like Zeus's Wrath, but you can only save on the world map. Which means if you go through a dungeon and die fighting the boss, you have to go all the way through the dungeon again until you beat him. Or, if you accidentally have a downed party member before you get to the boss, you end up basically redo-ing the dungeon anyway. The random baddies are also randomly a lot tougher, getting in sneak double attack to down your allies.

I am major pissed that I am having such trouble at the Water Crystal. I died like many times before, getting downed party members before I get to the boss and then the boss cheats too. I've redone this one about 7 times, and I'm getting more frustrated than usual. It's dimming my enthusiasm to finish the game! ninja
