Name: Colorful wishes
Ability: The user can read any minds and create a genjutsu to trick the opponent into believing what they see is real and after a few post if they havent figured it out it actually becomes real

Stages: 5 (but there is seven in all)
1st stage:
Prank eyes (Red eyes): the user is able to create genjutsus with no handsymbols but only small ones such as forging a hand signature or creating small quanties of money and/or small storms but the user must have contact with the person they are trying to trick. Usually Used for pulling pranks.
2nd stage:
Transportation eyes (green eyes): the user is able to create a ninjutsu user there mind that can transporte them anywhere but it uses a fair amount of chakra and there eyes still turn red
3rd stage:
Shredding eyes (Blue eyes): The user is able to create a genjutsu powerful enought to be able to create a genjutsu strong enought to rip a muscle or break a bone at this level only Chunnins and higher can break the genjutsu causing genins to be very weak against this technique. This is usually used when in a battle that one doesnt want to kill the opponent.
4th stage:
Death eyes (Purple eyes): at this point the user is incredibaly stronge in genjutsus and can create a genjutsu stronge enought to kill someone. At the time of death the users eye turn completely black and if used enough the user may die them self.
5th stage:
Life eyes (Violet eyes): At this time the user is able to bring back the life of someone in the position of death. This technique uses massive amount and will not be able to mave for weeks after the use of this technique

Name: Shido (Himitsu-gan or Secret Eye)
Ability: Fore-sight(Being able to read the future from the perspective of any given person), hynosis, sight through some genjutsu and X-ray vision
Stages: 4 (I'll do a few now, depending whether this gets aceepted or not) Not one person has truely mastered the Himitsu-gan.
1st stage:
Blindness: The user is completely blind to the outside world. Except for a few shadows from the light, the user must master his abilities without such a gift. Chakra might be lessened in this stage and even expert users will revert to this stage if chakra is low.
Element: Universal
Strengths: Genjutsus, Ninjutsus
Weakness: Variety of Ninjutsus, Genjutsus, and Taijutsus. Traps and bombs may also be affective against stage one

Name:Eternal Sight
Ability:To see an opponent's chakra and to pinpoint any heat in the area. It also increases the user's chakra.
Stages:
Shadow Stage:First stage of using it. Common effects.(No requierments just say the name of the ability.)
Shadow Dance:Increases chakra by 2x (Needs to have used the ability for atleast 2 minutes. Or 4 posts)
Shadow form:The user now can use the ability in the light while being surrounded by a dark force field which heals the user's wounds. This effect lasts as long as the target of the ability is still alive and breathing. However other ninja with the ability can interrupt the ability. (Needs to be weakened by opponents attacks severely. Hit by strong Jutsu attacks.)
Element biggrin arkness/Fire
Strengths:The darker the area the more chakra it generates around the user.
Weakness:Cannot be used in the light. There is only one way to interrupt Shadow form. You must know a shadow style jutsu.

Name: Rinnegan-Transmigration Eye
Ability: Rinnegan is the blood inheritance limit of Rikudou Sennin (Six Realms Sage) and his descendants is the power that make user have metempsychosis eye. the most powerful of all the three great dÅjutsu. The Rinnegan is characterized by a ripple-like pattern around the pupil, with a grayish-purple iris and sclera. In addition to enabling the user to quickly master various jutsu, the user may also use all forms of chakra nature manipulation, it also allows the user to use all of the six paths techniques. Rinnegan also allows the user to see chakra, including an otherwise hidden barrier and can use the Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique, which allows the Rinnegan user to revive all people who have died recently. unlike the Byakugan, the Rinnegan does not have a blind spot.
Usage of the Rinnegan was said to give the user mastery over all six forms of chakra nature manipulation.
The true extent of the Rinnegan abilities are currently unknown.

Jesse Frangoulis: Can possibly be accepted, Please right down the specifics of how someone can proceed into the next stages. If you do that I'm sure we can accept it.
rebelgirlofdoom: unfortunatily we are not accepting the rinnegan at the moment. We will bring it up to discussion with the crew, and try to limit it's powers to make it less godmoddly. If the rinnegan becomes accepted then I will pm you to tell you, and you can have it as a bloodline.

Ability: A brownish fluid flows throughout your body, created by chakra. This fluid can be excreted by your sweat glands; anywhere on your body. When it reaches the surface of your skin, it hardens to be a little softer than rock. Like (forgot his name) the spider guy with six arms, except no webs.
Stages: 3 stages.
Stage 1: You have a relatively small amount of this liquid flowing through, which you can surface to your skin in a second. In this stage, pretty much the absolute most you can put out is covering your chest and stomach. Can be used to harden fists. Medium Chakra use. Makes you slightly slower.
Stage 2: Less of the liquid can surface to your skin, but you can shoot needles or balls as hard as a rock. You have a small amount of control to the substance outside of the body (It's YOUR chakra). Like an explosion (Hefty Chakra) or swerving in the air(eh.).
Stage 3: You go into a state of absolute power. Your entire body is covered in this armor, you are able to shoot hundreds of projectiles, also exploding them. This form can only last, for it's maximum, 2 minutes. Usually it only lasts 1 minute, maybe even less. Uses most-to-all of your chakra, depending on how many projectiles you've shot and damage you've absorbed. After this state of power is finished, you are dangerously low on chakra and usually the user is exhausted.
Element: Earth and Water
Strengths: Armor, projectiles, ultimate form.
Weakness: Armor slows you slightly. Projectiles, if not used sparingly, can drain chakra. Ultimate form uses a huge amount of chakra, and after it's been used, you are in a state of exhaustion.
Your rank: For stage 1: Genin | For stage 2: Chuunin | For stage 3: Jonin or higher

Also, if this is accepted, how much do I have to pay so my character can have it?

Name: Daianohara Clan (Genjutsu Mimicry/Mastery)
Ability: Copies and reverses Genjutsu. (The Third Eye)
Stages:
Stage 1 (Genin)
Description: Learns Genjutsu at a higher rate.
Stage 2 (Chuunin)
Description: Can hold a Genjutsu for a longer period of time without it breaking. Genjutsus cause a greater toll the victim's body and mind.
Stage 3 (Jounin)
Description: Genjutsus become more powerful. Allows other jutsu to be performed during a genjutsu.
Stage 4 (ANBU)
Description: Genjutsus more powerful. Summons a Third Eye upon his forehead that is used to copy Genjutsu up to current rank. (Copy process takes two posts.)
Stage 5 (ANBU Captain)
Description: Genjutsus more powerful. Any Genjutsu, Jounin rank or lower, requires no handsigns. Copy Genjutsu more quickly. (One post to copy.) Allows "False Death" Genjutsu. (I will add the "False Death" Genjutsu to the Customs in a little while.)
Stage 6 (Sannin/Kage)
Description: Genjutsus more powerful and impossible for anybody Jounin rank or lower to break the Genjutsu. (Except when peforming another jutsu. In the position, anybody Chuunin rank or lower cannot break the Genjutsu.)
Element: Universal
Strengths: Allows the user to trap the opponent in a more powerful version of any Genjutsu and link that Genjutsu to a Taijutsu/Ninjutsu combo. Fit for assassins or for escape.
Weakness: Causes a toll on the body when a Genjutsu is held for more than 4 posts. When using a different Jutsu during a Genjutsu, the user's movement is limited and uses a great deal of Chakra.
