Death is easy.
Life is harder. If I care to remember, the memories come tumbling over one another, mixing and joining and mingling till I do not know when or where or how or why, and it hurts so much I can’t breathe. Until I recall that I no longer need to breathe and that the pain that threatens to tear my soul to shreds is the only thing that keeps me anchored to this world. So I let the memories slip away and it doesn’t hurt anymore.
But still I cannot leave. Something anchors me, and though I want to sleep—sleep is so much easier, like death—something pulls me back.
I am bound to this life and these memories that are not mine.
A swallowtail butterfly lit on the rim of a street sign. In the harsh glow of the streetlight above, it looked to be pure white. It fanned its wings for a moment, antennae twitching, proboscis probing, testing. It looked lost. A butterfly in the middle of a city must be lost.
It bent its spindly legs and took off, struggling for a second before the wind caught it and its wings push downward. It fluttered higher, away from the pool of the streetlamp. Out of the bright, incandescent bulb, it was not white but a soft, glowing white-blue that seemed to produce light from within.

[enter from Las Noches]
"You're to follow my orders, Hielo," Jes was just behind him, spiritual pressure masked for the most part. She didn't need shinigami here to ruin things. Especially when her task involved thwarting their most basic duties.
"We are hunting," She explained. "There is something here I want, something that could make Las Noches very powerful if I can mold it to my designs. You will help me find it, if you are able,"
Jes's head was inclined upward, listening, maybe. She was very still, but that wasn't unnatural. Her actions were always efficient. Every gesture had a precise, calculated meaning with no superfluous movement. She inhaled deeply, a breath that brought to her nose the damp smell of city street, but it wasn't such a mundane scent she tracked.
The back of her tongue picked up an undercurrent of mortal emotion. She didn't prey on humans too often. They didn't provide much sport beyond the pitiful pleading before she drank their emotions and topped it off by eating their souls. Boring without a struggle, really.
With practiced ease, she picked through the flurry of emotions, bypassing the banana-sweet feelings of love or happiness. She wasn't interested in those, and her target certainly wouldn't have felt those during her lifetime. Not as far as Jes could tell, at any rate. Besides, she hated bananas.
Instead, she focused on the savory, bittersweet agonies-- sorrow, hatred, rage. She inhaled again, honing in on the most intense feelings. A flash of pain flared for a moment, mouth-watering and close.
"She's here," Jes said, half to herself. "Search the alley and surrounding buildings," She ordered Ice. "Find anything unusual, feel anything strange, report back to me,"

"Hai Jes-sama..." said Ice the dissaperead. He was walking on the roofs, he was very curios of what this weapon might be, after a few ideas flashed throw his head Ice decided to concentrate on his task.He stopped closing his eyes, unlike his master Ice wasn't as good as her in sensing low reiatsu like that of a human which helped him in separating humans from acctual souls. As he oppened his eyes he jumped down on the street, he noticed a white butterfly flying, in a blink of an eye he caught the butterfly frezzing it into his palm, he then returned to his master "Jes-sama I sensed a strage reiatsu but noting conclusive...", he keept the butterfly as an suvenir and didn't knew it's true prupose.

Jes pursed her lips, the briefest flash of annoyance flitting across her face. Alarm flashed in the back of her eyes, but she tamped the weak emotion down, and her face betrayed no more feeling.
"She... It was here," She corrected herself. "The weapon is very close not a minute ago. I could feel it, taste it, even. And then it was gone. I only hope we aren't too late,"
She chewed on her lip, casting out her senses once more. There was a faint something very close by, but its emotions felt muted as though a shroud were cast over it. It felt almost as though her target had slipped out of consciousness, but the likelihood that the soul she searched for would fall asleep or suddenly drop into a coma were unlikely. Still, Jes's sense of the soul was muted, an irritation in the back of her mind like an itch she couldn't scratch.
"Is that all you found?" Jes wanted to know, half wondering if her Fraccion was being entirely honest with her. Or perhaps that was paranoia talking.

Cold.
Hoarfrost covered the butterfly's delicate wings, freezing it into immobility. The covering of ice glowed, reflecting a white-blue sheen that seemed to emanate from the butterfly itself. As Ice stowed it away, the ice crackled faintly, frost flaking off. An antennae twitched slightly, as though the fragile thing was fighting its icy prison.

Ice couldn't help but notice the butterfly escaping so he closed his fist to prevent it from escaping. He just realized that this butterfly was the weapon they were to return to Las Noches, he then looked back in Jes's eyes, "Well...Jes-sama I took the liberty of freezing this butterfly, cuz I looked so cute and wanted to keep it as a reminder...", showing the butterfly to Jes his wings were still frozen to prevent it from flying away.

Jes's eyes again lit with uncharacteristic emotion-- exhilaration battling with a well-concealed tenderness. She reached for the frost-covered creature but withdrew her hand, clenching it into a fist at her side. She could see the white-blue reiatsu spilling through the ice, combating its immobility.
"Good," Jes actually smiled, though it was a small gesture, hardly a quirk of her lips. "Very good-- you found her. See how powerful she is? Even as a formless spirit she produces enough energy to fight your ice, Hielo,"
It was difficult to reign in the excitement in her voice. She was forgetting that this soul was only meant as a weapon. It shouldn't matter that she and the woman to whom this soul belonged shared a past. She cleared her throat, assuming a more indifferent attitude. It was better that Ice had found the soul this way. His ice seemed to have a deadening effect on its presence that made it difficult to sense. That was good. No shinigami could interfere that way.
"You did well," Jes hardly praised lightly, but she wasn't herself at the moment. "Keep her contained until we're back in Las Noches. If you lose her, you'll be sorry. Hurt her, and you won't have time to regret it,"

Ice suddently felt overwhelmed by the importance that was given to this insignificant spirit at least in his eyes that he had such a great importance to his leader, he became a bit jealous when he noticed the spirit was a weapon something which may replace him.The compliment added to him by his master only made him feel like a tool,"Yes Jes-sama...", said Ice with a low sad voice I'll bring her before the dark-court right away.
He then spliped into a Garganta leaving Earth.

Jes could taste the jealously underlying Ice's subservient tone. She clenched her teeth, not so much angry at her Fraccion, but furious at herself. If she continued to act this way towards her-- it, she corrected herself mentally-- her followers would think her soft. What's more, any emotions she felt towards the spirit would undermine her resolve and potentially weaken her power.
She's-- It's just another soul. A weapon to make Las Noches stronger, she told herself, knowing it was easier to think these things when the spirit in question was out of sight.
A nerve jumped in her jaw, betraying extreme irritation. Perhaps she needed to hunt, to terrorize some mortals for a while. that usually made her feel a little better. And feeding would clear her head. Hopefully she'd be able to return to the Court with a steadier head. She didn't even want to imagine what her reaction would be once the soul took a more corporeal form.
Jes took off over the streets, black shadows streaming from her body, touching the passersby below with fear, anger, lust-- she fed, eyes darkening as she consumed these choice emotions. The became hard, dark chips of blood-red ice.
Perhaps I'll give her to my Fraccion... Jes mused, letting a wave of cruelty roll over her tongue. She should become used to mistreatment and subservience, anyway. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, right?

((OOC: I will make this a short post, becuase I'm late.))
Nirro sudden appear a few feet in front of Jes. "Don't tell me you're leave?" Nirro asked with a smile on his face. He quickly pulls out a ring from his jacket's pocket and puts it on. This ring is the sealed form of his doll Zen-su. "To chain the skies and burn the heaven, I summon you my doll Zen-su," Nirro says to himself as a two gloves appear on his arm. Also metal cover his body, although no one know it ,until he removes his jacket. The metal is meant to protect Nirro from take complete damage from attacks. The Raven quickly threw a large fire ball at Jes, knowing that it wouldn't stop her, but slow her down.

"Don't tell me you want a fight," Jes mocked Nirro lazily. He couldn't possibly know what he was getting into. Lucky for him, she wasn't necessarily in the mood to have a drawn-out battle.
Then again, battles were quite effective at clearing the head, and she sorely needed that.
It was at that moment that she was engulfed by the fireball. It raged, angry and red around her, seeking to burn flesh from bone. With a grin entirely devoid of emotion, Jes stepped straight through the fire. The flames licked at her form, but seemed just unable to touch her. They soon dissipated and Jes was left entirely unscathed.
"You should know what it means to take on an espada, little Bount,"

Just hearing the words "little Bount" made him very angry, but expression on his face was different than anger. Although he looks fourteen he is actually four hundred fifty-three years old. "Well, then you should know what it means to fight an elite Raven," Nirro says trying to hold back his anger.
The Raven takes a deep breath so he could calm his self down. "But if you ever call me little Bount ever again my foot will go so far up your a** that my knee will quench your thirst," Nirro says to Jes as he pulls out his sword from his backpack. He points it at her wait for her to attack since he already made the first move. "My first fight with a Espada, this should be interesting."

Jes laughed cruelly. This battle was already hers. So long as this idiot Bount was angry and emotional, she'd have more power than she'd know what to do with. And that was without using her powers.
She drew her dagger, its blackened blade absorbing the light from the streetlamps and casting none back. Twirling it idly between her fingers, her grin grew more menacing. Shadows billowed from her form, much darker than those cast naturally. Black as pitch, the slithered up the streetlamps and dowsed the lights, throwing the entire street into complete darkness.
Licking her lips, Jes called to the Bount, "What would your dead master have to say about all of this?"
The minute she'd released her shadows, Nirro could not have avoided inhaling them. They swam lazily through his system, relaying to Jes all his worst memories. The dead master seemed the best place to start.
"Do you think he'd be disappointed to learn that you're very soon to be defeated? Don't worry, I won't kill you. I think it'd more poignant that you live with the shame of yet another defeat,"
