Misa Amane is the most loyal, beautiful, and funniest girl ever. without her death note wouldnt have 1 funny moment. she is awesome!

I would have to disagree, because I for one think she is totaly opposite to that, and most of all the most annoying anime girl ever made. lol

Misa is a favourite character of a close friend of mine, and I know some very good points about her now.
She is very comical at some points, and is probably the second funniest character in the series, behind L. She is slightly immature yet still devoted to her love to Light and Kira during the L arc, and then more mature and still completly devoted although she has no memory at the end of the America arc.
She's a top model, cute and very attractive, lolita but not overdoing it.
You have to remeber, without Misa, the book wouldn't go as far. A female herion is great, and she can be a bit stupid at times, yet she can also be clever, so give her some credit, she is an important part.

She is annoying, but she definatelly could be a lot worse. Add to that the fact that her and L make a funny duo (IE the scene where she's rehearsing her audition for Yotsuba) and she's not so bad.
