What do you think of the message of Sai regarding Naruto's affection to Sakura.
I DON'T LIKE IT!!!
I cried (literally) when I read that ****ing panel! But I'm still hoping that Sakura would consider Naruto ONLY a friend (no more, no less). As for Sai's "assumption" I really hope that he's wrong, since his only basis are books and books don't normally come in handy in these kinds of situation.

I hated it too!! It was totally NaruSaku Although, I believe that the last thing Sai said is pretty true Sakura is hurting Naruto more than she knows
Although, I do think Sakura is still leaning towards Sasuke I'm positive that Naruto is going to end up with Hinata after her confession and all. SasuSaku HAS to happen!!

I dunno - if Sai's willing to do the confessing for Naruto, whose to say he won't so the same for Sakura or Sasuke if the time comes? The idea of him as a socially-stinted match-maker is kinda amusing.
Though I am kind of upset that he chose then of all times to tell her. She's already emotionally distraught about Tsunade and Sasuke! She does not need added stress!
Plus, Sakura's reaction is had to gauge. She didn't say anything - only flashbacked and cried. It could be argued that she is upset because she cares about Naruto and hates that the vow he made to her is causing him pain, but she can't change how she feels about Sasuke even knowing the type of person he has become. And just thinking about the situation she's in at the moment (Tsunade's unconscious, Danzo has taken over, she just learned Sasuke's in Akatsuki, Konoha is still in ruins) makes it kind of understandable for her to have a strong, emotional reaction to shocking news.
Or maybe I'm overthinking things. xD

I wasn't feeling particularly anything about this chapter.
I've always thought NaruSaku had just as much chance as SasuSaku and NaruHina, so it's not like I'm surprised or angry (SasuSaku will always be my favourite no matter what). Though if this is supposed to be development for NaruSaku, Kishimoto's going about it in one of the worse ways possible.
Ah. But anyway. Personally, because this is such a horrible way to bring about a pairing, I just get the feeling that Kishimoto's not going the way of NaruSaku through this scene. I know he says he's bad at romance, but I can't believe that anyone would understand so little about it that they think it would be healthy to bring about a romantic bond in this way. And beside, this whole ordeal was brought about by Sai, the one who doesn't know anything about Sasuke or Naruto and Sakura's relationship to him. And I don't believe he ever will understand team 7 until he meets Sasuke for who he is. Naruto can tell Sai about what a nice Sasuke truely is. But the fact is, Sai's only knows Sasuke as the guy who joined Akatsuki and tried to kill Naruto. And actions speak louder than words.
I really can't hate Sai for this, because he doesn't know what he's talking about. He does see things that Sakura obviously didn't, and was the best person to open her eyes, I guess (which hopefully will be for the better of her character, since she's been pretty pathetic recently). But Sai doesn't know about the relationship she had with Sasuke. So even if he tells her about naruto's feelings, it doesn't mean she's going to return them. But he may open her eyes to how much Naruto does for her, and that she should treat him a little better.
Where it goes from there, who knows.

Woah! I didn't cry, I knew this day would happen, but I didn't know it was gonna be this lame. xD I kinda accepted that maybe narusaku was going to win on its own "lovely" scnearios. this chapter ruin that idea for me. I mean, Is sai wanting to play matchmaker on purpose? really trying to make sakura fell for naruto making her feel guilty for not loving him back? Lame I tell you. Sai said that he did not understood human emoitions that well, a few pages later he demands he knows Sakura and Naruto better than themselves and prefectly knows about the promise of a lifetime. Seriously, If NS happens is going to be because of pitty and nothing else. I think Sakura is crying because or shes realizing her feelings, or shes sad because shes making naruto suffer. I bet on the 2nd one. either way, Im waiting eagerly (sp?) to the next chapters. Its going to end NS for good or canon it. but knowing kishi he will left it as a cliff hanger or something. I also heard that two weeks from now theres not gonna be a chapter. -___- too much for the fans right?
Oh and don't get so depressed. we still haven't seen our SasuSaku reunion. anything could happen. and right now kishi is doing a paring stairs or something like that. Look. hinatas confession NH-----Sakura hugs Naruto NS----hints about SS and sakura cryingbecause of karui SS. also dont get too comfortable, cause' I dont think this is going to end soon.
and if SasuSaku doesn't become canon, well.. I know I will always love it and it will always be in my heart as my OTP.

The truth is: Naruto loves Sakura; Sasuke does not. Sakura loves Sasuke still (or something close to that); and she may end up loving Naruto.
Is that so bad? Perhaps there will always be some room for debate about what is said, what feelings are shared, and what occurs between Naruto and Sakura, but the truth is, Sasuke just doesn't love Sakura. It's like NaruHina fans. Naruto will always love Sakura too much to be in love with Hinata. It's nothing something I particularly enjoy, but NaruSaku (to me) is the closest thing to canon that this manga has ever seen.
But one can always say that Sakura is too much in love with Sasuke to love Naruto. And this is always a possibility. But when Sasuke's not there, what does she see?
"How to people begin to covet? They covet what they see everyday."
This is a line from the movie Silence of the Lambs. While I'm using it almost entirely out of context, its a very true fact. Maybe there is some room for NaruSaku in Sakura's mind because Sasuke isn't around for her to covet.
I think NaruSaku is a legitimate possibility and I welcome it, damnit. D< And as MooMoo said, SasuSaku will always be my favorite. But of course I'm not going to be too angry if something else turns out. I'm a pair whore, I like just about any combination you can throw at me. Who would have ever thought ShikaHina would be as ******** adorable as it is?
I feel like there was never a relationship between Sakura and Sasuke. It was always the most unrequited love I'd ever seen. You are right that she may not instantly fall for Naruto because she is aware of his feelings, MooMoo, but it is always a possibility. To me it was always more probable than SasuSaku, I don't know. No amount of crack evidence has ever been able to convince me. I mean, I love them to death, but I just have never been able to see it.

This is what I think will happen (at least what I hope will happen) Sakura will finally realize how much Naruto really LOVES her (with or without Sai's help) and will start to fall in love with him or whatever. In the mean time, Naruto will start to fall in love with Hinata since Hinata was the first person to ever say "I love you" to him and anyway she's had a crush on him for the entire series and I'd hate to see her get let down... So then Sakura sees that Naruto loves Hinata instead and sees she's too late, so she gets all depressed and everything. Now, Sasuke comes back to the leaf village and battles Naruto or whatever the final scene is. Sakura sees she actually still loves Sasuke and then she and him end up together...
I think that Kishimoto is trying to play around and make us lean towards NaruSaku, but then he'll throw a twist in at the end.

i fear for sasusaku. i want it to happen so bad but i don't think it's going to :C
i've always just kinda accepted that narusaku is more canon, but sakura and sasuke fit so much better together. i mean, why did sakura become strong? because of him. and besides, naruto treats her too nicely. his relationship with her is too gooey. besides, i think sakura is using naruto to get over sasuke, and sai telling her that makes her realize what she's really doing and how it's hurting other people. so now, she's gone to apologize to naruto and walk away epically -all crying and stuff- and then she'll walk back to the village, realize sasuke's there, scream at him to stop, monologue, hate herself afterwards and start crying. of course, sasuke was in the middle of a fight with danzo, so he stares at sakura just long enough for sai/kiba/rock lee (they were on the mission with her) to run up saying naruto dissappeared (madara took hi m ;D) and then sasuke will walk over and put a hand on sakura's back and be like "c'mon. let's go find naruto." AND THEN THEY'LL GO ON AN EPIC EXPEDITION, FIGHT ALONGSIDE EACH OTHER AND FALL IN LOVE. of course, they'll find naruto partially through, and they'll walk back to the village, all happy and team-like.
I LOVE THAT ENDING. i'm gonna keep rooting for that XD yay!

When Sai confessed to Sakura about Naruto and the all, I felt for Sakura. In fact I remeber in the Chunin exams when she told herself she would stop being useless and a burden. And that's exactly what she is according to Sai. I believe that was her worst insecurity.

Grapefruit Wannabe When Sai confessed to Sakura about Naruto and the all, I felt for Sakura. In fact I remeber in the Chunin exams when she told herself she would stop being useless and a burden. And that's exactly what she is according to Sai. I believe that was her worst insecurity. and i think sai found that too, because i think he has more of an insight than sakura or he himself realize. and i think sakura was crying because she wants herself to love naruto, and she wants life to be not so hard, but it has to be, and sakura knows this, because she still has feelings for sasuke. furthermore, in this most recent chapter, and i've mentioned this before, i think she was trying to convince herself more than she was naruto. i don't think she wants to be in love with sasuke, but she can't help it.
