Doesn't it look like he has the chicken pox? They're freckles, but they look like an illness. sweatdrop

Actually, they're markers used in the film to emulate his sparkling skin. Its some CGI trick or another.

The sparkles are later added during editing using the markers as a helper.

even if it's just makeup or markers or something, in this pic he looks reallllllly sickly; what with the pale skin, and chicken pox-looking dots, and lifeless eyes. maybe the tumors finally got to him D:

The red dots are edit points, where they use a little movie magic to make him sparkle like a f*****t. Also his abs there are painted on. His too lazy to work out and earn them. mad

He does look sick, although they are just edit points.
Wonder why dally decided to use this one?
