Thread Rules

-Threads must have an Avatar Topic
-Threads must have a poll

Rating Rules

-Rating Systems must be put on the first post [ Try to be nice wink ]
-Do not complain about your rating. Do not accuse a person of being biased, wrong AND definently do not start calling them ugly in defense.
-Only rate if someone asks! If they don't ask, just be polite and back off.

Contest Rules

-Try to explain the Contest system clearly in the first post.
-Always show the 1st place prize, second place prize and what you yourself will be earning(if any)
-No unproportional numbers. Good rates could be as follows:
biggrin -Winner = 60%
smile -Second = 25%
mrgreen -Holder = 15%
Don't try to swindle people!

About Guild Run Avatar Contests

All Guild Run Contests must follow these rules

arrow All entry fees and money will go through Aurora, my topless secretary. ninja You can contact her under the name Aurora The Secretary.

arrow The level system is easy to follow. Refer below.

Poll Whore level is a free contest. There is no prize, but no entry fee. Its all for fun! biggrin

exclaim N00B level is the simplest. There are no requirements and thay always have the cheapest entry fees.

exclaim exclaim Regular is a moderate level. There are minimal requirements, such as "No Nudity", and the fees are moderate. The prizes aren't great, but better than N00B, and some of them even have consolation fees.

exclaim exclaim exclaim Nerd level is a slightly intense regular level. Its like a Regular contest, but has more elitist qualities, such as higher money costs and prizes.

exclaim exclaim exclaim exclaim Elitist level is the most complex. You need to meet certain item requirements and the fees are cheaper. The good side is, they all have a consolation fee, which varies in size, and the pay out for winning is much larger.

Some Advice From Max The Rating King

Try to always post a picture of the avatar you want rated. I change my avatar alot, so I will need to post a picture of which one I want rated.

Try to give suggestions and say what hurts and what helps. That way people can take your constructive criticism and actually do something with it rather then just your #/10.

You may also want to post what your going for. If you just click on random items, you want it to look bad, you want a clutter. That way people can vote on how well your avatar works with that theme, and rate accordingly.
