5. No more cosplay customs
6. If the sale is in for Shicala send trade to Shicala
7. Drows are only available in breedings (when breeding a drow), flatsales, and special customs (we'll specify if it is a special custom).
8. No refunds, once you have recieved your preview you may not recieve a refund, due to the time it takes to create each Koshielf. If you take part in a package deal, once you have recieved your first koshielf no full refunds are available.
9. Do not final-confirm your trades until you have recieved your koshielf.
10. One koshielf per queue slot.
11. This is important ALL CREDITS AND KOSHI CUSTOM SLOTS won during an event/raffle/etc MUST be claimed within 6 MONTHS.
12. Do not use someone else's koshi, if you and another wish to work together, they must post their agreal
13. Problem with order? Post the issue HERE in the this thread, if I miss it bring it politely to my attention

If there are spots open in your desired ordering section please follow these instructions
1. Post in THIS thread you wish a spot and exactly which section you want.
2. Wait for Ala to insert your name in the appropriate queue
3. EDIT your post to insert your order(s)
4. Send trade (a heart will be placed next to your name in the queues once trade is recieved)
Keep your eyes on your order if there are problems with it I will make the notes on the orders right here in this thread
If you request a sample it will be posted IN THIS THREAD
If you request an clothing change for an itemshop, I will edit your post with the cost.
If you request and the queue is full, your post WILL be deleted.
If you dont follow the above instructions your post may also be deleted
Once your order is accepted and in progress I will edit the bottom of your post stating such
Once your order is done and posted in the main thread and in the guild's pickup thread I will delete your post
If trade is not sent within 24 hours the queue spot will re-open
Pose changes in itemshop orders should be CLEARLY NOTED
Want yours done without being skipped? ~ be clear and concise ~ fill out form properly ~ don't make your order extremely complicated!
DO NOT remove the breeding order from the post when posting names and growup forms I need them to stay
It is YOUR responsibility to check now and then to see if your order has problems, these will be indicated by colored text and a gonk
Repetitive remove of orders without contacting Ala will result in greylisting.
KUDOS to anyone who removes the extra stuff out of their orders to clean it up
Do NOT final confirm your trade until you recieve your koshi, remember this is NO refunds once your order is started.
If your order is a order placed with another owner the person who places the order is responsible to make sure the trade is sent to me.
