Ok, so I was clicking through Stumbleupon, bored, so I typed Steampunk into Stumbleupon's search feature, and this is the first thing I got.

Project Epic Mickey

It's evidently a Disney game for the Wii.

Now, I know people will feel certain reservations about Disney characters in such a dark setting, but, I gotta say, Mickey was already facing off against demons in Kingdom Hearts, hell ,that series had Goofy and Donald help face off with Sephiroth, so it's a bit late to complain about Disney getting darker.

Still, this, looks, AWESOME!!!!

I'd say it looks pretty epic myself. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the ESRB gave it a Teen rating. Those beings look like they could come out of your Disney induced nightmares! Pretty extravagant, if I do say so myself.

It's certainly nothing a Tim Burton movie couldn't accomplish.

Heheheh, Tim Burton doesn't specialize in Steampunk. :3

This looks pretty great. I'm going to have to show my love one he gets here.

Was speaking of the creep factor milady, not the genre

I'm glad to see this. It makes me happy that Disney is trying to keep its older fan by becoming "darker" with them. To say the least the younger crowd of this generation needs more imagination like this rather then the smut that is being giving to them now.

can't wait to see what comes of this.

Wow. that... scares me!

I want to see that, but I kinda don't...

That is quite simply one of the best things I have seen today.

I'll have to follow this closely, I'd love to see it as an actual game. It would certainly be an 'epic' step for Disney to take. I hope they do so.

Could be gold. I'll have to keep my eye on it.

As long as this game doesn't get the Damnation treatment, this could be the game that actually gets me to buy a Wii -- though, I've said this about several other games only to be disappointed with their premise when they are actually released.

I love it when Disney goes dark and creepy. They do it so well, but it's so rare.

This looks... very intriguing to say the least. I think I'll have to keep a close eye on this one, I hope they will make it. Disney's been dissapointing lately, but the Kingdom Hearts games were wonderful and the dark take on things works surprisingly well; it's very Tim Burtonesque.

Oh that is absolutely beautiful, I'm so proud of Disney right now. I hope they make it, it's going to be gorgeous. (Not creeped at all, grew up on Tim Burton and Steven King)

I'm actually amazed that Disney would allow their darling stars and icons to be portrayed in that manner. Would I be wrong in assuming a Nights-style return-the-world-to-its-proper-state style game?
