(Im not really sure which forum this should be in but...here it goes...) I guess in some sort of way I am depressed. I dont really know why though. All i know is I dont want to live, and i dont want to die....I just dont want to excist. I have friends and everything, and they're ok...but I still feel alone. I thought it was because I wanted a boy friend, but its not that; nothing good came from that. Im not sure if I still love my ex. or if its just the feeling I had when I was with him that i miss. Either way its out of control and unessisary. Im not sure how to get this feeling to stop; I have a lot of anger for no reason and it makes me uncomfortable. I know hormones rage for everybody...but is it really suppose to last this long?? When is it suppose to end?? I need an explination...

Honestly to me this does sound like the typical teenaged stuff. Yes it's hard to be a teen and yes school is a lot of work but keep at it because it does pay off. You can hope to actually be truely happy by about 25 once you have someone you love and have settled into a job you like. That's the hope anyway.

You might want to consider professional help too, or talking to someone about these feelings of yours. Wanting to die or kill yourself is not healthy. You can try talking to a counsellor at school, or asking your parents if they can send you to a therapist/psychologist, etc.

Yea man. I agree with Nik. When problems like these arise in teens, it's just best to talk about it with friends. They will listen to you. It helps, I know so because it's helped me before. I also am a teen.

Talking to my friends: I already tried. One of them told the school counsellor on me.
Talking to that lady only made me feel stupid. It hurt more than helped; didnt help at all actually.
Talking to someone isnt always the answer; a lot of those people dont even give a damn. Sorry I wasted space even bothering to post here.

Then talk to people like me. Who will listen to you without telling people. Who will care for you when other people refuse to. Who can relate to exactly how you feel and may have more in common than you really think. People like me WILL listen. I will care. I WON'T tell your parents or your counsellor and you won't be wasting my time. I have alot of free time. For example, as i type this, I'm recording 3 hours of non-stop Xbox 360 game play. Im pretty sure i can squeeze you into my busy schedule. wink

School counsellors and professionals (psychologists, therapists, etc) are very different. Just because the school counsellor didn't help doesn't mean that talking to a psychologist or another professional won't help. Ask your parents to take you to someone.
