This role play contest is a special one. <3 These two pups, right up there? Yes, well, you'll entering to win them BOTH. >D Yep, you heard read right. These twins represent Gemini That is the one Zodiac, Gemini. If you win these adorable little twins, they'll remain on the same cert, and grow~!- Thread rules apply to this contest. To review them, here is the link to the main thread.
Rules:::
1. Please do not discourage anyone from trying out. Anyone is allowed to participate (besides people black listed in the shop.)
2. One entry per person.
3. You may continue to edit your post until the designated ending time.
4. Don't whine or beg, please.
5. If you win please make an effort to be active in the main thread. It's going pretty slow and Roleplay responses aren't that fast, either. We're not going to force you to stay but it would be appreciated if you popped in once in a while or at least respond to Roleplays.
6. There is no word limit. If you want to write a novel, go for it.
7. You can't have someone write your entry for you.
8. You may not give away the pups if you win.

Response:
Ademir both loved and hated the looks he received from passing Helixes. He wouldn't have cared if it was solely because of his beauty, and yes, he was beautiful, but it was usually because of Varilyn. He loved his baby sister, but she was always with him. Always. Never a moment to himself. The other Helixes didn't understand this, they thought it was wrong to be together with your sibling like that. They should have grown up, they said, grown up and grown apart but they hadn't. Still, they spent every waking and sleeping moment together.
“Adem!” Varilyn called out, despite being only one step away from him. “Let's play, big brother!” She didn't give him a chance to respond, choosing instead to pounce on him. They went tumbling, one over the other until finally they stopped, Varilyn lying on top of him. “Got you!” She crowed happily.
“That's not fair!” Ademir retorted, wiggling out from under her. “You didn't give me a chance to prepare.”
Sitting, Varilyn wagged her tail, a devious look on her face. “Enemies don't give you a chance to pre-AHH!” She shrieked as he brother launched himself at her, sending her tumbling to the ground. “That's not fair, Adem! I was talking. We weren't even playing anymore!”
“You're just sore 'cause you lost,” Ademir retorted, pointedly sitting on his sister's side while he cleaned his fur. Yes, Ademir loved his sister. She was like a piece of himself, which wasn't difficult to believe being twins, but when she wasn't there, he felt hollow.
“Adem!”
He didn't think he'd ever feel whole without her there. She was annoying sometimes, she was always wanting to play.
“Adem!”
Blinking, the young pup realized it wasn't his sister calling his name. A young female pup from a passing family of helixes was standing nearby, wagging her tail. “Adem, wanna play?”
“Sure!” Ademir agreed readily, momentarily captivated by the pretty pup.
“Adem!” Varilyn protested moodily, “we were playing!”
“It's okay, Ily,” Ademir quickly reassured. He got off her, nudging her to her feet with care. “You can come play too!”
“Uuhmm,” the outsider female pup hesitated, “does she have to Adem? I mean, I was just wanting to play with, umn, you.” She gave the young Gemini an embarrassed look, shifting.
“Oh,” Ademir looked startled, “oh, well, can't Ily come anyway? We can still play together!”
“Uhh,” the pup glanced at Varilyn, looking stunned before quickly looking away. “No thank you! I'll think I'll go play by myself.” She gave the twins an insulted look when neither protested, walking away in a huff, tail between her legs.
Ademir gave her retreating back a confused look, glancing back at Varilyn. “That was so weird, Ily.”
Varilyn quickly wiped away the dark glare from her face, still furious at the other female, how dare she try and take away Ily's beloved brother! He was hers and that's how he would stay! She quickly replaced her deadly glare with her usual happy bubbly face, still planning a dark surprise for the other pup.
“Oh, very weird, Adem! Oh well, forget her, let's play, just you and me, okay?” She nudged him playfully, yipping as he gave chase to her. Neither were particularly graceful yet, still only pups in everyone's eyes. Tumbling and yapping happily, they tussled and rough housed until both were breathless, flopped out beside each other.
The pair were like Ying and Yang, and yet still one and the same.
Ademir hated the looks they got but, at the same time, Varilyn loved them. It showed they were different, that they were special. They had each other, and the other helixes, with their glares and disgust, were only jealous.
Sighing, Varilyn snuggled up to her twin, all thoughts of revenge on those who took away her brother momentarily forgotten. “Let's always be together, okay Adem?
Looking startled, Ademir hesitated, but laid his head on his baby's sisters side. “Okay, Ily. Just you and me, okay?”
She sighed softly, closing her eyes,“ that sounds perfect!”

Why: Because Kira's a great literate roleplayer, plus she's an extremely nice person, and would no doubt try to be active in Alpha Helix :3 <33 -luffs her Kiraboshi- She hasn't been seen around the main thread or event thread, mostly because she hadn't got her own helix yet >W> but she knows a lot about the thread because of my talking of AH XD We've roleplayed together a lot in other places, so it wouldn't be hard to start roleplays here and I know she'd do a great job roleplaying the male <3

Hey I’m Gema. I’m one of the Gemini twins. The pup right next to me is Gannin my brother. We are inseparable literally. See that cloth between us it’s unbreakable. Though who would even try? Who knows what would happen if we did. It’s not all bad. My brother and I get along really well and rarely squabble, not only that but our personalities are nearly exact.

My Name is Gannin. Gema is my sister. She’s practically attached to me… Well actually she literally is but, we’ve gotten over that already we’re pretty versatile. It works for me because she is equally as curious as me. Unfortunately people don’t think us being stuck together all the time is a good thing. Many people have tried to remove it. One almost succeeded luckily we are really quick thinkers. We were able to stop him. I have a really bad feeling about what would happen if we got separated.

“Come on you slow poke the bug is getting away,” Gannin called back to his sister who was two paces back from him. They had just left their territory and were heading away towards a big mountain.
“I know, I know,” Gema replied picking up her speed and catching up with her brother. “Wait. What’s that?” she asked pointing with her muzzle at a mudslide that was currently working its way down the hill.
“Oh, I don’t know. It looks dangerous,” Gannin said stopping to look at it too as it raged its way down the hill.
“Eh, you are right. Let’s go find that bone we buried earlier this week,” Gema said starting to bounce up and down. “I think it’s this way,” She said starting off in a northeasterly direction.
“Yeah that sounds fun,” Gannin said bounding after her sister. When they found the bone it would equal a major round of Tug of War. He grinned as he ran.
“It’s right over here, Right Gan?” Gema asked pointing to a particularly large and old looking tree.
“Yeah somewhere in the roots of that one. Remember it was so we could play Seekers before Tug of War,” Gannin replied.
“Ok, on the count of three,” Gema said as her and her brother got into a crouch ready to go. “ 3……. 2……. 1…….. GO,” Gema finished as her and her brother tore off towards the tree not noticing the Helixes staring at them from the bushes and whispering to each other.
Co-owner- Whoever gets second place? because I can't think of a person off the top of my head and they would get the male

Response: After growing bigger Lexa and Alex had both taken to traveling around. They enjoyed getting away from the pack and meeting new Helixes. However no matter how many new Helixes they met they never strayed far from each others side. Some of the new friends they made found it odd but it didn't change their minds. They would never part from each other, no matter what. Soon this would change for Lexa, having found a crush.
In a new territory they had taken up to playing with a couple of males that were the same age as them. Lexa was having a good time romping around with the one. She thought he was quite cute, a thought she had never had before. They had ended up started to leave out Alex and the other male which was making Alex mad. How dare some random male steal his sister's attention! He glared at them for a moment before realizing that Lexa was flirting with the male! She was flicking her tail and rubbing it against the male's muzzle. She even gave him a wink and clearly wasn't paying any attention to anyone else. The male clearly enjoyed being the center of her attention, making Alex madder. He snarls and runs over to them standing right in between them. "Hey! What do you think you're doing?! We were having a good time." The male said clearly irked. "Yeah Alex. We were playing. Why are you stopping us?" Lexa asked wondering what was up. "You don't think I know what you two are doing?! You're flirting with my sister!" Alex hissed to the male. The male rolled his eyes and shook his head. "A little protective much. Why don't you just let your sister do what she wants. It's not right that you two are always together. Others might get the wrong idea about it." He said snottily. Lexa and Alex both took a step back at the same time. "What?!" They both nearly shouted at him. "Who do you..." Alex started. "Think you are, saying things like that! Alex and I aren't doing anything bad together." Lexa finished. She glared at the male for a second before focusing on her twin. "Come on Alex. Let's go check out that cave we saw earlier. I don't want to play with these losers anymore." She said trying to act tough. She was crushed at how her first crush had reacted to her bond with her brother and with how her brother had reacted. Alex nodded and began walking away while Lexa hung back for a second. "Goodbye." She whispered before following.
Once they reached the cave Lexa turned on her brother. "Alex! How could you do that!? I was just flirting. I really liked him." She said tearing up, "Why can't you just accept that I may find someone else one day." Alex hung his head for a second before raising it high. "He would have dropped you like a hot potato soon anyways. I was only trying to protect you. You know that our bond goes deeper than any other one you might get with someone else. And didn't we promise to stay together no matter what?" He said going up to her and nuzzling her, "So please don't be upset. I know! Why don't we go on a hunt to find some rabbits. You love rabbit." With that he distracted her into forgetting the love incident for now. He grinned as they ran into the woods searching for a good meal. He'd make sure she'd never find someone or at least not someone who would separate them.
EDIT: I'd like to Co-own with CrimsonCutie666. She would get Alexa, the female twin. I would choose Crim and give her the female because Crim is my friend, we often rp together, and we have a sibling set that we are planning to make close. I feel it would be easier on us to rp the twins because we're getting a head start on the close sibling relationship and will be able to take it to the next level. I would give her the female because I think I'd do a better job rping the male than the female since I'm already picturing how he will turn out. (He's going to be super protective of his sister and will be with her constantly just to make sure she doesn't do anything he doesn't like). I'm not getting that so much from the female and I know Crim will be able to help think of something.
