About time. The guy needed to retire like 5 years ago.

With Vick being reinstated and all, Do you think the Vikings will make a move for him?

I think if he hadn't been a b***h of sorts this last year and just retired that would have been great. Finally letting Rogers start and then he could have been a advisor if he wanted to get back in the game like Agdon did. Then he could have been a remembered always in Green Bay and not had that rediculous year last year and having him be remembered as a crazy old man.

What a tease... The vikings were gonna be quite decent with him this year if he would of came out IMO.

How dare some of y'all talk bad about one of the greatest QB's of all time who is still better than many QB's starting now. The man earned the right to come back when ever he wanted to, if a team want's him he should be able to come back when ever he so chooses. That said football is not going to feel right for a couple of years not seeing Favre playing on Sundays I am going to miss Favres child like enthusiasm slinging the football all around the field.

It is not the fact that he deserves to come back whenever he wants to, but more the fact that every year he puts on a media frenzy as if he is trying to make the headlines all the time. He wants to retire, then stay retire instead of playing with the fans feelings and making the organization wonder and think about Favre when they should be thinking about the other players needed to win.

The Vikings wanted, asked him if he would come back, then continued to beg him to come back. He said over a week ago that he couldn't come back. Many people believe that the Vikings gave his number to players so they could call and beg him to come.

Me too, but we can still hold hope that maybe somebody will get hurt (that sounds worse then I meant it to be) and Favre can take their place.
