Okay here is a picture of my avi that I drew on....uh....
PHOTOSHOP!
so please tell me what you think.
GAH~ My first time drawing a character wearing so little clothes. I felt so perverted zooming in on her boobs and uh....special place.
PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE WINDOW DON'T LOOK INSIDE AT WHAT I'M DRAWING!
I'M NOT PERVERTED!!!....okay slightly...

I got too lazy to fill in the mittle white spaces so yeah...

That's really cute but her one boob looks ...larger than the other. Besides that its super cute!

Wonderful job!
I love the composition and color scheme, and although the anatomy is exaggerated, I see nothing seriously wrong with it, except for maybe the neck, it looks a bit too long for the body, though that doesn't really bother me because the rest of the anatomy is so exaggerated.
However those white places that you did not feel like filling in brought your score from a 5 to a 4. They make the line work look extremely sloppy, which is something you always have to be careful of when adding colors on photoshop. This can be easily fixed if the colors are on a separate layer, all you must do is set them to "multiply" and color in the white spaces with the appropriate colors. If they are not, this is another easy fix, but you'll need to tell me so that I can elaborate because I don't have enough time to do so here.
Another thing is your choice to draw in the fur without outlines. Because the brush you used was so soft, and the color so light, at the moment (unless the person has your avatar to look at for reference) it does not looks like fur, but, instead, a glowing light. Fixing this is easy as well; simply add in some outlines to define it as fur.

Hrrm, being the pervert I am, I quite like that anatomy....
HRRM - anyway, a little tip on shading. You can't overdo it. Just add in more of it wherever you can. As it is now, the shading is just hinted. It looks nice, but it could look better, especially with that anatomy *w*
