He, during World War II, was 'invaded' by England when the latter was attempting to foil Germany's 'plans'. Eventually, Iceland cooperated with the British and then the Americans, but officially remained neutral throughout World War II.

Personality, habits, interests, hobbies, etc. This boy seems to be a very wild, but shy Noct, usually blushing after being told to be quiet, or if he was being disruptive. He deeply respects most who are older than him, and extremely loves to be babied by his adoptive brother, who remains a mystery. He can start babbling about something, and end it with a speechless stutter and blush violently once someone tells him it's enough.
Alexi also loves works of trade, especially having to do with metal. He likes to work with watches and gears best, and has a fiery passion for the Steampunk fashion, though it may go out of hand sometimes.
History: Alexi grew up being taken care of his anti-social, stubborn, but gentle brother, Zaccheus. Personality, habits, interests, hobbies, etc.: Bel is a rather slick, but charming Noct in both personality and appearance, though is often two-faced and generally does not really care about a lot of things, including himself. It is indeed, very rare that you may find him worried for someone from his heart. He finds, hooks onto, and loses hobbies easily, and seems to be easily bored in general, but can be very quickly amused. This is why he developed a sleeping disorder after becoming obsessed with any new hobby he latches onto, and can appear to be very sleepy. He can be very sincere 'whenever he wants to be', though this is just a mere excuse to cover up his laziness. Very easy-going and lazy 98.9% of the time.
Bel, again, has a various amount of hobbies and endless amount of curiosity that pushes him to eventually get easily bored with things. It seems like he's like this towards a number of individuals, as well. One of his all time favorite hobbies is acting, something he seems to be very good at.

With his power over time, he oversees and makes sure that Enoch makes his way out of things alive. His loyalty and 'favoritism' over Enoch showed when the latter fell into darkness, with Lucifel manipulating Enoch's own fallen friend, Armaros, into the depths to save him. When Enoch was saved, his soul was sent to heaven to resolve himself of his inner turmoil after 10 years in a frozen state, which Lucifel spent on waiting for the warrior.
