What would you do with it: i would work it to the best of it`s abilites
Why we should give it to you: because i could use unimaginable powers with it
What do you know about it: the 2 toma form of it sees everything as colored chakra the three toma form sees colored chakra and can see the movement of others in battel befor it happens the mangakonu sharengan dose all the above and let`s the user use moves such as tyokiumi and amateratsu
EDIT:Rp Sample of you using the bloodline/clan: aro slowly opeans his eyes and sees his enemy dashing up to him then with his 3 tailed sharingan and saw series of punches comeing tords his face before it happened and then doged each and everyone of them then he threw a few punches seeing were he would go to dogde and missed hie first punch the cought him in the second one and the rest struk the enemy in the face and stomic then jumped a few feet back and made the hand signs for phinex flower jutsu and missed the first shot as the ninja doged it then hit him with all the rest then as the enemy got up (if he could get up)aro flashed hand signs for fire ball jutsu and shot it at him and burned him alive.

What would you do with it:easy use it to help the Akatsuki reach there goal. Plus I just have an idea to use this clan for once.
Why we should give it to you:
Its not really my call on if I get it or not its really up to you.
What do you know about it:
I have seen and read both the anime and manga of naurto.
I have use alot of difference bloodline in other guild and RP
Rp Sample of you using the bloodline/clan:
Karura stand there in the middle of her web. As she is waiting for her trap to be sprog. After 7 minutes she can feel someone walking on her threads. She wait about 1 minute for the person to get close to set off the trap. With a pull of a thread a net made out of webbing falls on the target. But the target jumps out of the way but landed in to other web that was will place. As she then heads out to meet the person.
Once to show her self to the person the person smiled at and then vanish. "Dam ******** clone." she says. As she spits some threads in her hand and made what look likes a sword. Now with the gold sword in one of her hands she start to move back to her main web. She can feel some small thread are bring cut. As she the places on of her hands on the wed and calls forth lightning chakra. As the lightning flies through the web.
She now know that her was stun and stuck in the threads. As she slowly made her way there. Spit some more threading in to her hands and using to climb high in the trees. Next she shoots a webbing net at the person to make sure her is stuck. Then she shoots some threads on a big branch that is right over the guy. As she uses her sword to cut the branch free for tree. As the branch is flowing there thanks to the thrading.
As she yells down to her "Just this is the end for a piece of s**t like you." "You really think this is the end of my." He yells back to her. "Just shut the ******** up and die!" she yells as she in cutting the thread to send the branch falling. As the person can hear the sound on branches broken and he know that his is the end....

Why? Because Kolo could do well to have a bloodline like this, and the head of the BLoodline is in his village, so he can be taught the jutsu by the Head himself. It could advance the plot and character development.

Why: With Sakiko outside of Konoha walls (since she was a child), and having one of Konoha's founding fathers techniques in Kumogakure's grasp it would allow a good twist if one is ever needed. With no one else having applied for it, and it being rare in the show it would allow other shinobi to test their might against it. And with Sakiko having normal chakra reserves and being a Fuuinjutsu specialist and away from the head user there isn't any possible way for her to become stupendously strong.
