Welcome to the NIWF.
We don't do drama, we don't do games.
What we do is work hard and excel. In the air, in the weyr, in hold and in hall. The New Ista Work Force is, in some ways, like the other underground groups developing in Ista Weyr.
We would like change, we would like another place to call home. The over-crowding is becoming intolerable.
However, our mechanisms for change are quite different.
We strive to become the leaders of the new dawn. Not through under-handed mischief, pranks, and quiet deals with untrustworthy weyr members. Rather, we seek to rise in the ranks, to develop our own wings and to become strong, capable workers worthy of leading the new weyr.
We will not ask you to act out, to spill klah on respected wingriders who train and house us. We will not ask you to argue with your fellow members of the weyr.
We ask you to work hard, whether you be in the kitchens on in the skies. We ask you to seek cooperation, rather than conflict.
We will have our weyr, through reason and capability, not through force or subterfuge.

If you would like to join, there are several factors to consider IC and OOC.
-Active members of either the IDL or the ILA will be hard-pressed to gain membership into the NIWF, as they're goals are, in many ways, mutually exclusive. Sympathizers of other groups, however, are welcome to join.
- Anyone may be a sympathizer of this group, however, it is also not hard to become a member, as all that is required [at the moment] is a promise to abstain from the other groups and follow-through on your duties to your dragon and their clutch-mates.
- This group supports the creation of a new weyr. It does not support Favan as the new weyrwoman.
- This is a longterm group that would like 80% of its members to become wingriders before attempting to advocate for a new weyr.
- Sympathizers do not need an RP to join up, however, actual group members, especially those that want to rise in the organizational ranks will need a join RP.
- This group's plans and ideals may change, as they will be shaped by their members. YAYE PLOTZ.

Rin is, like with the others, a sympathizer. She appreciates the wish to work hard, but she disagrees that a new Weyr can come without conflict.

Inaari wishes to support this cause. She can't stand underhanded tactics, and thinks that cooperation and maturity are key to a new Weyr where they can all live.

Fenferari would join here, I think, although he is a major tattle tale, totally against ILA. Do you think he'd be better suited for here or IDL?
N'ron is neutral here as he is everywhere else.

Hrm... Hard to say. NIWF doesn't directly act against ILA [e.g. they're not trying to take them down, or anything, in fact, Kess would much rather take their members!], and they DO want a new weyr, so that would be up to you. :3

Candidate Allende would support this group whole heartedly! RP ! (Work force! )
Lyveana and her green Ruinnth universally disapprove of younglings trying to tackle issues she believes they do not fully understand, but she would not squish the heads of this group's members if she caught wind of their actions. (aka, Sympathizer, perhaps leading to ally as time goes on and she thinks the 'kids' have grown and evolved some good concrete plans to back their honorable ideas.) Lyv also believes firmly in the value of a days honest and law-abiding hard work. More RP? 8D !!!
Gh'lan would support this group, but his brown Khunoth is a contrary beastie, and would probably try to do things for the ILA behind his back. =( !!! *debates this one*

I'll take you up on the RP offer! Rank wise, my candidate Allende would be more accessible... she pretty much hangs out everywhere and is dreadfully curious.
I dunno how you'd want either of your characters to interact with Lyveana, but she is 'accessible' in the sense that she is easy to find. >_>; She'd take a shine to anyone with a good head on their shoulders though, and would relax easily enough after some initial bluster. She would, however, be the first to admit that her opinion (even as an adult rider) probably won't count for anything for some time, so I dunno how much use she'd be for the cause outside having another ally. Rofl.

Ariaen and her green Sikatcuath would support this, well mainly more Ariaen than her dragonnet, since hard work is her life. :'D That's all she does, really, just work hard and keeping out of people's way.
Though, getting her in may be a bit of challenge, as she is wary to speak to others. I'd love to get her RPed in, since she tends to stay by herself. Safer that way as she tends to get annoyed by other girls easily and lash out, as does Sikatcuath. And men are always better than girls. ^^ She, and Sikatcuath are much calmer around males than females.
On that note, she does not start fights if she can help it. She does, though, have a short temper and it CAN flare if she's annoyed enough. Mostly she just gives the person in question a few choice words and leaves it at that, no matter how much Hers would like her to fight the girl in question.

In that case, I'd say that Allende will be done by Avery [as she runs game tables and such in the dining hall, easy way to run into someone].
Ariaen and Lyveana can both be done by Kesslan, the former because she's a hardworking tomboy, less likely than the chatty, feminine Avery to irritate Ariaen [plus they're both weyrlings], and Lyveana because of Kess's quiet, hardworking nature.
If either of you could start any of those, with wherever you'd like your character to be, I'd appreciate it. :3
