Allthough page states he'll be performing Coolio will not be at the gathering due to an 18 month stay at a drug rehabilitation program due to an March 10, 2009 Arrest for possession of Crack-Cocaine and a Crack Pipe. He is not allowed to leave the state of California untill the 18 months is been served.
It was confirmed by Rap-A-Lot Records that Scarface's Performance at the 2009 Gathering Of The Juggalos will be indeed his Final Hip Hop Performance ever. His final album Emeritus was released on December 2, 2008.
