Welcome to the zOMG! Chatterbox Guild, or z!CB for short. The zOMG! Chatterbox is intended as a community oriented expansion of the zOMG! forum, or essentially, a community for zOMG! players of all kinds to hang out, from casuals to fanatics. And you don't have to worry about sticking to talking about zOMG!. We're a chatterbox too, so we love to chat about anything.
The guild and its users also like to hold events, be they in zOMG! or in the forums of the z!CB. Pictures of past events can be found in the Family Album subforum.
If indepth and intellectual debate is more your style, then stop by our Serious Discussion subforum, and debate your opinion. Just make sure to keep it polite biggrin
We don't want to make this too long, so we'll get right into things, covering the rules and introducing the Moderators who will be there to help you with any issues you might encounter in the zOMG! Chatterbox.

The Rules

Naturally, since this guild is a part of GaiaOnline, the normal Terms of Service and Rules and Guidelines apply to posting and actions within the Guild.
Additionally, the following rules apply in the Guild.
Politeness Policy
Posters need to respect other members' opinions and personal differences. You don't have to like everyone, but don't be mean. And remember - nobody's perfect. Everyone makes mistakes. Treat others how you would want them to treat you, basically. Also, if you prefer to be treatedly poorly, then treat others the way you assume most people want to be treated. And by this, we mean be nice. This rule is an extension of GaiaOnline's existing rules regarding Trolling and Abuse. No dickheads, please, unless it's in reference to some sort of freakish facial-genital mutation.

Don't spam. Or beg. They're both really, really annoying things.
Drama/Spam threads
If you see a thread you think is spam or is potentially trollish/dramatic/flaming, please don't respond to it. You'll be fanning the flames and keeping the thread active by doing so. Instead, report it to one of the guild moderators.
Misleading Titles
When creating titles, try to use discretion. Misleading titles are fun sometimes, but can quickly become annoying when over done. On this rule, we trust our members to be mature about the matter.
Serious Discussion
The Serious Discussion subforum addresses sensitive or controversial topics, and as such has it's own special rules, located here. Please be sure to read over these rules before posting there.
Reporting Rules Violations
Please report all violations of these rules to the Guild Moderators first. They exist specifically for that purpose, so let's not let them get bored biggrin
Problems with the Moderators
In the event that you see a Moderator seriously abusing his/her powers, you are welcome to PM CleoSombra (Captain) or Nespin Fernagon (Vice Captain) to discuss the matter.
Problems with the Guild Captain/Vice Captain
If you have an issue with the actions of a Guild Captain or Vice Captain, you can PM a Guild Moderator about it, and they will mediate the dispute.
Don't Advertise
Fairly self explanatory. In your signature is fine, but we frown on people making threads to advertise other guilds/clans, or offsite things - and if you seem to have joined us just to advertise something, we're going to be annoyed.
