You can use Photoshop, Gimp, or the way I used to do before Gimp.

1. find image you're going to use
2. copy and paste it in word
3. Use the Word Art Tool and play around on that.
4. If you have like 07 Word you can play around on the shape of the object
5. Hit the print screen button, usually next to scroll lock
6. paste into Paint
7. Crop what you want out of the image
8. Save and use TinyPic or someplace that hosts images.
