Yami walked into the training grounds he went to the area where he could hang his clothes. He took of his captains cloack and hung it up. He then took of his shirt and vest. He walked around with his shirt of he felt so much lighter now. Yami had golden skin, a 8 pack, He was just pure muscle. He had a huge scar on his back and three scars on the right side of his chest. He streched and waited for kira.

Kira smiled and came into the training grounds and stretched her arms while she looked at him her face turned a bright red. While boys got nose bleeds girls blushed like mad and kira looked away for a moment to collect herself then looked back "Um ok...."

Yami smiled then chuckled."Sorry" Yami said then wrapped up his hands with black wrap. He looked at her he admired her figure then looked away" Feel free to get comfartble I have all the time in the world just let me know when your ready"Yami said with a smirk.

Kira then stood up stright and rested her zanpaktou on her shoulder and released it from its sheath. The sword turned into a very long wip longer then Kira's body and she twirled it around her head preparing for the fight "Your move" she called.

Yami leanded back and went for the first strike. He moved towards her and pressed him palm against her stomach pushing her back. Yami would then open his palm and fire a dark ball at her.

Kira only laughed and shunpoed behind him in an instant whilke behind him she beant her legs down and filled her left fist with Reiatsu and aimed a punch to his back while Mentsu her zanpaktou tried to wrap around his legs Kira was hoping one of the attacks would work.

Yami was hit with the reiatsu. Yami moved his leg from her zanpaktou. He pulled his zanpaktou. " You ready for this." he ran and shunpoed behing her and went to slash her back. If it worked Yami would shunpoed in front of her and attempt to hit her with a reiatsu to the stomach.

Kira smirked and turned around just in time to see the slash and countered it with Mentsu she smiled and pointed her finger at him and said "Hadou # 54 Aboloshing Flames!" she called and then shunpoed into the air preparing for another attack.

Yami raised his blade to block the attack the best he could."This is boring lets fight with are fists." Yami said looking up at her.

Kira smiled and sheathed her Zanpaktou "Very well" she called and allowed him to have the first move again while smiling at him and she waited for his move as she came back down to the ground.

Yami charged at her and went for a simple left right combo to the midsection.

Kira was not that great at Hand to hand but blocked the punches to her mid section and bent down low for a swipe kick and aimed a punch to his stomach with her left fist while her right fingers went for a pressure point.

Yami blocked the punch and swipped her right hand away. Yami smiled he went for a quick kick to her Left inner thigh then he would go for a quick right to her side and a left to the top left side of her chest.

Kira got hit by the attacks and flew back a little bit "Damn" she muttered she was very bad at hand to hand. She then shunpoed behind him and aimed a punch combo to his back with her reiatsu.
