Shi-kai: It calls down in an area of about 40mx40m a healing rain that only heals pure shinigami (as in no hybrids of any sort) or common folk, such as those in the world of the living or rukongai. If there are enemies present within the 40x40 square the rain makes them more and more tired
Attack no.1: Electrical spark- This electrifies the rain so that non-shinigami get zapped if they are within the 100x100. This is a fairly weak attacvk, but it lasts for quite a while.
Attack no.2: Kiss of the Thunder God- A lightning bolt zooms down from the sky and strikes an enemy. this is a strong attack, but it, for a time, weakens the helaing effects of the rain
Bankai Name: eien ni tsuduku harusame (Everlasting Spring Rain)
Bankai Description: A huge storm cloud above (500x500m). Seline also gains an electric shield on one arm. She still has her tachi in the other
Bankai Ability: Makes the rain more prevalent and thicker. The rain heals faster. The electric shield shocks anyone, besides Seline, who makes contact with it.
Attack no.1: Thunderclap - A group of ten lightning bolts strike near seline and cause an earthquake within 30 eters of her or so.
Attack no.2: Electric shield full- the shield makes an incredibly strong shield around her. she can also use it to shield multiple people. (as in she can mke up to three shields at a time, as lnog as they are under the rain)
Special Accessories: Sher doesn't wear a normal shihakusho, much prefering a tight-fitting black uniform, similar to underarmor, but thicker and meant for withstanding most climates

Abilities: As a kido master, she is able to use most kido without incantation as well as combining various kido for maximum effect. She, as the captain of the 4th division, also is the most well-versed in Chiyudo spells
Personality: She generally is a fun-loving type person, and isn't one to fight often. She is calm and even when she should be shaking with fear, is very peaceful. She is very loyal to her friends and even will go as far as helping out enemies if they are deserving.
Biography/History: She was born into a mid-level noble house and was sent to the Soul Reaper Academy at the age of 14, completed the training in two years and quickly moved through the ranks. She became a captain when she was 65 and therefore has been a captain for 29 years.
