I cannot imagine that everyone here is looking to actively gain, and realistically not everyone has come out of the closet about their fat appreciation or desire to gain.
So I'm curious as to what might be holding you back. I know that pressure from family and friends is always monumental.
I suppose its a social stigma that prevents me from being as vocal as I ought to be, but I don't know.

I've never made a public announcement on the matter, but I've dated some heavy guys and girls. I always say that I'm none judgmental. I want to give everyone a chance. Rather then saying that I love me some fat peoples.

It's kinda hard for people not to notice for me. I'm already so large and if they haven't seen me in a few weeks I'm usually bigger lol.

Well I haven't said anything to my parents about it. I prolly won't either, as it's a personal thing and they don't really need to know xP
I mean, I'm not gonna plaster all my WG pics all over the place, but if they come across one or ask me why I seem to be getting bigger and stuff I'll just go "eh I like fat people" xP
IMO being into fatties isn't a big a deal as being gay/bi, so I won't be as freaked out as when I came out about my boyfriend, if that convo comes up XD

But just about all my friends know I'm into the big stuff. I think they're taking it pretty well.

I don't really know where I stand. I mean: I appreciate chubby girls, but I've never been open or judgmental about the issue. It's hard to be open like that when you're the only liberal in a 30 mile radius sweatdrop

My mom and dad vaguely know I'm a chubby chaser. They don't know that I'm into MASSIVE guys or into feeding (I'm a feeder). All my clsoe (and some not so close) friends know about my fetish...

Hahaha nice! I finally came out about my weight and why I like being so big to my friends over the past weekend. It went pretty well in my opinion. A few of my closer ones kinda knew but I like made an official statement about it stating that:
"First of all I know a lot of you have wondered why I am continuing to gain weight even though I'm already really frickin fat. Well guys to be honest it's because it is what I like. It's how I feel normal and comfortable with myself. I say this now because in the coming years I plan on getting really big. If you don't like that, tough. Leave now because I don't need people who won't support my real happiness."
At which point like 3 people left the party, but most of them stayed. I even have a fellow gainer now! One of my chubbier friends, Sara (not her real name), admitted to having the same feelings as I do and wants to grow with me! I'm so happy!

As for me, i don't want to gain, I'm very insecure of my weight...but i do like to have a lsightly heavier boyfriend. I just feel more secure, for some reason >-<
though i don't want to live this life, i do see that others would enjoy it. ANd it is interesting to see how others live.
And it's pretty cool too.
