WELL! eek
there wasn't anything there before today for me, just a cloud of brown dust, but a flash of red caught my eye earlier so i went to investigate...
I'd say that the powers that be were not overly impressed with how people behaved during the Hallowe'en event!
i hope the guiltiest parties feel some shame when they read through that bit of storyline 3nodding

Yeah he's more noticeable when it's night time. He's been there (with the plot link) since right after halloween, I think. When I first noticed the dust and stuff, it wasn't until later that day (light change) when I noticed Santa.

i noticed it when sunny told me about it a couple of weeks ago...kinda upset me when jack hit santa...that isnt nice scream ...i am wanting to see where this plot leads to tho...who knows..maybe the gaia admins are gonna do something utterly fantastic for christmas..gets all excited again.... xd
pokes at jelly..where are you gonna be? spending vacation with the family i bet biggrin

The University I work for will be closed the week after Christmas again this year, so I'm hoping they spread it out like they did the Halloween event--that, in addition to a lot of people being gone the last few days before the holiday will probably provide me quite a bit of time for Gaian Christmas festivities!

i just went and had a look at the map ...now when i first saw the plot link the smoke was huge...but looking at it now it looks like the smoke is clearing some....
as for me...yall know i am gonna be here as much as possible....not too many plans for christmas considering we are still trying to get out of the rutt we are in...

I really hope they spread out the Christmas event as well, I'll be away for at least 3 days and I'd really like to participate...
Now that I think about it... I'll be at my mom's on the 24th, and she just inherited my old computer so she has internet now ninja Nah, she'll probably take away all my presents if I go online instead of spending "quality time" with the family xd

neonibbles Why will you not be here? i shall be at my Mum's over Christmas, probably from sometime Christmas Eve til Boxing day afternoon as i have to go to work on the Tuesday, so i'll miss out on a big chunk of any events, same as i never get the Christmas Day advent gift from Neo cry EDIT, well i'm hoping that Eternal is right, i think they'll probably have an event running from Christmas through til New Year or something, a whole week of massive glitchiness, yay confused

Click the main map (barton town) and then inside the leftover dust of the broken up building in the lower right corner is a somewhat hard to see picture of santa claus laying on the ground. Click him, and the plot window should come up. Keep clicking to see the next pages. I don't think they've added anything new since I last checked, but I'm not sure.

This is really interesting! My first job was to save pictures of all the NPCs 4laugh and I stopped to read the last thread in the elf journals because it certainly caught my eye. Then I read all the Mrs. Claus announcements, and now I'm reading through each elf journal, and it really is interesting, funny, and well written! (a lot of reading though.)
