Bio: in the areas occupied by non-humans, a Site called Alpha Four has been exerimenting on weapons and an energy source known as Ether. During an incident, Lilith was infected by the ether, granting an increase in the magical powers elves already had. Instead of only beckoning nature, she had been granted telekenetic powers, as well as access to complicated spells lost in ages before.

Other things: Lilith is part of a traveling circus aboard an airship. they specialize in all kinds of performances from circus acts to plays to concerts. Most attendees are able to buy tickets in advance to other shows and use the residential areas as a type of resort, The ship is powered by a dual processing steam engine with two ether cores for stability and comfort.
Lilith is what most people call an Ether witch, affected by ether.
