For World at War, I hate the MP40. Even though its one of the best weapons, you don't have to aim to kill. I've used it and went positive k/d every time.
For Call of Duty 4, I'm gonna have to say Skorpian. I know some people may disagree on this, but its range is just too horrible for me to use.

Mini-Uzi for COD4. Recoil was just too crazy to handle
MP40 for WAW. The most over-used weapon in the game. Pretty much makes the other guns seems pointless. So what is the point of ranking up for guns if the ppl would just rape with the MP40 alone?
