Does anyone even read the "RPs in search of" subforum to see who's looking for people? I asked someone a few weeks ago - someone here - about an RP and I was basically blown off.

It would involve sending messages to everyone. In particular, the people who didn't even do an application.
And inviting more people. Of course.
It's hard. That's why I haven't done it.
Because messaging these people means sending one message at a time to every single one of them. I can't send multiple messages because none of them are on my friends list. Except like one.

You should still be able to send multiple ones, I thought. Just copy and paste usernames into the address thing. Maybe?
I'd be willing to help out, I've done it for other guilds I'm in. If it's all right with you, I'll invite some of my fellow RPers to join.
I'd also delete anyone right off the bat who hasn't posted at all. Tends to get people's notice and kickstart some people, I've found. No reason to be nasty, just say 'for inactivity', which is true. Why join if you're not going to post?

You do have a point. I can't send multiple ones unless they're in my friendslist is what it says...
You are more than welcome to invite anyone, all crew members are. Everyone is really. The banners are there to get attention... but again, no one pays any attention.
We could start on that. Anything you think will help, go for it.
And Captain Grvl did a new application for us, which I've yet to put up, but I will.

Kind of both; people to be active in the guild and who want to RP, not just post their application then ignore all requests, and people who are looking for someone to RP with them.
