Just another reason as to why Tom Brady is a complete p***k.
Not only does he know he is cheating but he is so petty that he will press charges against a guy who thought he was collecting stuff that was out with his trash. Here is the article. Let me know what you think.

Man says he will panhandle to repay Pats' Brady for stolen planters

BOSTON -- A man who unwittingly stole two flower planters worth $8,000 from behind Tom Brady's Boston condominium says he has to panhandle to pay restitution.
Dennis Paiva told the Boston Herald he scours the streets for trash to sell. He says he took the planters from behind a condominium because they were next to the trash and sold them for $450.
Police caught him on surveillance video. The 61-year-old convicted bank robber says he had no idea they belonged to the New England Patriots quarterback.
He agreed to pay $4,000 restitution to Brady's real estate trust. But he says he can't work after recent surgery so he begs passers-by for money.
A Patriots spokesman said he doubts Brady is aware of Paiva's situation.

Oh yeah I read that earlier, but it says it's likely Brady doesn't know about the situation and if he does it is pretty crappy of Brady.
Also it says he is a convicted bank robber so it's not certain whether he was lying about just being a trash collector or if he just didn't know.
We may never know, but hopefully Brady will make a statement.

IndianapolisColtsFan Oh yeah I read that earlier, but it says it's likely Brady doesn't know about the situation and if he does it is pretty crappy of Brady. Also it says he is a convicted bank robber so it's not certain whether he was lying about just being a trash collector or if he just didn't know. We may never know, but hopefully Brady will make a statement. It said that Brady did not know of that guys situation that he was in, meaning his life. Plus the cops had everything on tape so they know he wasnt lying. Now the only way the cops could have pressed charges is if Brady said that stuff was not trash and wanted to press charges. It is common knowledge that is stuff are out in the trash, it is everyones to take. No law to protect the owner of the stuff unless they say otherwise. So it is very believable that he was telling the truth.

That is true, it is a private function so they can decide to take away or release whatever they want. Tom Brady on the other hand is just a gay punk and i seriously hope that his injury is a career ender.

This year, I hope Brady gets injured again. But, not in the leg. I hope he gets tackled so hard that he literally snaps his arm in half to where he can't throw anymore.

I got the perfect thing. He can be injured in just the perfect way that he will become the first Female to ever play the game. Then we can have something talk more about instead of just another jackazz in a football uniform

Hmm.. What's that smell... It smells like... HATE!!! Man you guys are hating and you know what happens when people hate on stuff... A bus of hobos are deprived of going to Disney World..
