Well it was about time I put up an entry form for the guild, huh? We get so many people who join and never post. It's time to stop that, so here is the new Entry Form for the Guild.
To new members: Please don't feel deterred by this Entry Form. It is simply so that I can know a bit more about you, and make sure that you really want to join our family. I've been told that it might intimidate some of you, but I assure you it's just a simple form so that I can have a bit more knowledge about you. I'm a Captain that likes to be close to her members, because after all, we really are a Family here.

Send all Entry Forms in a PM to -Livverz- and a reply will be made within a few days.
If you do not PM your Entry Form, you will be automatically DENIED.
If you post a response in this thread, you will be automatically DENIED.
Entries accepted will receive and Invitation to the Guild.
Other notes: It is recommended that you do not use text type and you make your form as literate as possible. If your form cannot be understood you will not be accepted.
