I'm a live and let live type but there is a limit. Two of the crew are not behaving like they want to be crew. Everyone knows who they are. They where here from the start and we now have 8 or 9 people who have 5 or more times the posts. I know miscreant sent them the news letter and has tried to get them to post. I Know they have been on gaia because they have changed there avi's. I have been over to Mis' house and talked to him about it and he wants to give them time to respond. If they posted once before the 15th he was going to promote them. I'm against that. I say if they post more than once they should retain there rank but not be promoted. If they do not post before the 15th they should be demoted and not allowed to advance until the can by following the rules. I mostly agree with the Captain on most things but not this.

It's not that I do not think there cool but they do not need to be crew. They have given up on the guild or think it will take care of it's self. IT WILL NOT and the most active are left holding the bag. If they even try I will recant but all of us of higher rank should be posting once a day. if we can not one day we should be doing 2 the next. If we can not post for a whole week we should make up for it later or tell the others I'm sorry but my hair hurt or something like that. Not just pop in and post like they where never been gone.

If some one is sick tell us I'm sick. If you have family probs say so. We don't need details. But when your avi changes and you haven't posted in the guild in a month that means you have quit the guild.

The trial will finish on the 15th. I guess it is in the nature of AWOL. All crew and above will get their say in defense of or against.

I guess if they make an attempt before the 15th they should get put on a 30 day probation. They would need four posts a week as part of it. If they go AWOL again then they get demoted.

I have done something i never wanted to do. I demoted both. On the 15th if nether have made the attempt it will become permanent. I got scarred they might ban members out of revenge. I wanted them to be leaders in the guild but after Gotham's response I could not stand back. I don't believe they would do anything against the members just that they could. I apologize but I'm now the guild captain and this guild is my responsibility.

After review I have to say we will have to demote first then reinstate if the person attempts to correct their actions. Leaving some one who is angry with the power to ban lower members is not a good idea. I do not like the Idea that some one who joined our guild would just turn there back on it but I guess it happens even when we just spent 30K+ and hours of work to improve it.

I paid 30k to take over the guild then donated 10k so really the improvements cost in the neighborhood of 60k gold. To me the money is not an issue but the time is. about 30 hours real time.
