He, his step-sister, and I are going to AniMix, and one of the themes are Lolita. biggrin
So his step-sister and I are going in Kuro and Shiro dress, and I thought that it would be cute if he was the in-between. Like, a white shirt and black pants?
Buuuut, not that simple, I think. ._.;
Help me out, please? ^w^
EDIT: A TekTek, or some patterns would be wonderfully helpful. biggrin

Fanplusfriend is pretty good. heart I would, but he's still a little apprehensive about it. I can't even get him to wear a cravat. sad But, we're going to an anime convention, and one of the themes are Lolita, so I thought it was the perfect opportunity. biggrin He was happy enough to try, but like I said, he's nervous that I'm gonna make it all frilly. <3 So, I think Kodona would be perfect for him, if only he didn't wear loose shorts. xd

I say aim for frilly! o_O But that's mostly because I'm a bad person who likes frilly anyways. >_> I still can't figure out what it is with me as well as otehr crossdressers who love frilly... Lol

Lol x3 I'm thinking that once he gets use to the idea, he might be more willing to do frill. :3 Buuuut, I guess I wouldn't want him to wear anything too frilly, yet. He's pretty clumsy, and he might spill something. <3

I think he'd need at least a simple cravat. See if he's willing to wear a tie and a top hat. It's a good start.

I thinks he's thinking in the right direction. :3 He's thinking black shorts, white shirt, black vest, a little top hat... but he's still not to thrilled about the cravat. ^_^; But, I might be able to get a tie on him.

evilbrainbabies a tie in the form of a cravat? >_> >:3 I'll try to get one on him. <3 I think it would be absolutely adorable, but he's worried about his dad. (His dad is one of the Military Dads that try to preserve his manliness. Meaning, sneak the cravat on, when we're on the way to the con.) xd

aah. I see. That makes a bit of sense. I don't think the military dad would want to hear about his son playing dress up... *nods a little*

In that case, I think the best thing to do is to dress fairly simply, button up shirt, shorts, and take accessories with you to put on as you got to the con, such as the cravat, a top hat, and knee socks. (Knee socks and shorts, lovely combination for this sort of thing) And if he was going to wear any eyeliner, that should also be done out of the house. I often do the same thing, but that's because of time constraints rather than disapproving parents. I also would like to suggest shorts with buttons on the hem, in a manner reminiscent of knickerbockers; his father might disapprove or simply not notice. It's subtle.
