Anime, normal cartoons and reality shows, anything that has to do with T.V. will go here. No talking about anything that has to do with politics because politics could mess up the guild. I don't care if you hate Bush or love him or if you're a liberal or conservative no talking about it. Period. There will be a punishment if you break this rule.

I have this wonderful FLCL wallpaper. It's a dark blue and grey outline of the scene where the kid stands on the pile of rubble, holding the guitar. For some reason I've devolped this love for Scryed. I don't know why I like it more than Samurai champloo, since the animation is... cheaper, but I just love it. FMA is good, but I like Evangelion more. Ever seen the movies?

The same goes for FullMetal Alchemist, slightly. Someone told me what happened to Ed and Al and so from there I just decided to watch it. So, what is s-CRY-ed about?

BACKGROUND STORY: There, a group of people have developped powers, called 'alter powers'. Each person's Alter is completely different from the rest and can come in almost any form. Examples would be the main character's: He attains a new sort of arm. Then there are people with completely seperate Alters, such as Ryoho (kick a** man... kick a**), whose Alter is a humanoid made entirely of Alter energy. Eventually, Ryoho unlocked its full potential, and it become a sort of augmentation, clinging to his body like armor. Then you've got the guy with the multiple orbs. I thought that was pretty cool, but since I don't see the show much, I forgot his name.
SETTING:s-CRY-ed is set in Japan. There's the mainland and the 'Lost Island', where the 'rouge' Alter users live. On the main land, a corporation has been created, called H.O.L.Y. They were created to regain the island and quell the Alter resistance with Alter users of their own.
PLOT: The main character (name forgotten) and his best friend begin to fight back against H.O.L.Y. Eventually, it becomes pretty much all-out war. Main character's little sister gets pulled into it and some other people along the way. Main character's best friend dies (I so saw it coming... and it sucked. He was a cool guy). Eventually, Ryoho, a member of H.O.L.Y. quits and goes against it after learning some stuff from his commander. Now Ryoho and the main character are allies, working to defeat H.O.L.Y.

I think she called him her husband once in an episode...) gets pulled into it and some other people along the way. Main character's best friend dies (I so saw it coming... and it sucked. He was a cool guy). Eventually, Ryuho, a member of H.O.L.Y. quits and goes against it after learning some stuff from his commander. Now Ryuho and the main character are allies, working to defeat H.O.L.Y. I don't want to be rude, really, but you got some of that wrong. I fixed it a little bit...

I do too know that Gaia's another name for Earth. stare I just didn't put anything about it in my list...
And in s-CRY-ed, the alter who uses the Trinity Eight (the alter with multiple balls) is Tachibana. Think that's spelled right...

I actually saw this episode where they did a flashback to show you how Kazuma and Kanami met. She was an orphan or something and he was just some guy. She though he was going to mug ehr and take her food so she offered him some bread. After that they jsut talked for a while and went from there.
