I'm not necessarily talking less fat, I mean HEALTHIEST thing to put on my toast. I know butter is fatning, but vs. an average margine, it's a lot healthiest cause it's rich in omegas and doesn't have hydrogenated oils in it. I usually try to use marganine made with non-hydrogenated oils. The other day, I came across a soy margarine. I can't help but wonder what kind of alternatives are out there and if they are healthier or just an unhealthy, less fat alternative.
The Soy margarine tasted pretty good, but I'm not a fan of soy milk. Even the flavored ones.

well there's always butter cheese. it has less calories, atleast the one I have used (a finnish product) xP
