I am here to tell you all that you are now no longer able to obtain a captains spot through the previous means. You must now fill out an application in order to obtain a spot.
You must also have a recommendation from one of the captains IN THIS GUILD. Without that that your application will not be taken into consideration.
Application:
The 300-word RP sample is the minimum. You can go longer if you like. Send your filled-up application to Renji/Radio through PM. It will then be judged by the whole crew afterward and you will be notified if ever you are chosen for a captain spot. The application can be filled out using a simple editing program such as MS Paint which is installed on your computer already.
