Once you get to a high enough rank (the rank to get tenyure may change, but is always visible on the guild homepage) you will earn something called tenyure.
If you are not sure of the meaning of that, it means that when you get to a high enough profession, you kinda get a get-out-of-jail-free card. It means, if you mess up, you get another chance. But as always, that's in reason. If you are not high enough of a rank, you do not get tenyure and have no room for error. But if you make a small mistake and have tenyure, that may save you from getting demoted/banned (depending on circumstances).
