I was in our non- varsity band last year and we had only one french horn player. But we will have more this up coming year b/c our begginging band is BIG!

I really like the tenor sax. Altos annoy me and sopranos are like, you're out of tune. Go away! And I hate the bari sax player. >.< But I love listening to a good tenor sax player blow blow blow.

I love saxophones!! I play alto and i'm loving it! Although i do agree when someone said that sopranos always sound out of tune. But the Bari is wonderful! It has such a beautiful sound! The tenor is pretty cool too biggrin color=indigo]

Agree. On So. Many. Levels.
Baritone and Tenor saxophone ftwww =D You gotta love those low notes <3
Altos, their cases MAY fit on the bus, AcImin, but ya'll are so loud (:
I will admit you do crazy a** s**t, 3 alto players in my band last year, one had a very cracked reed and they were holding out one of the notes to tune, one played a Dflat, one a C sharp, and the other a (two ledger lines above staff) A.... The one with the cracked reed's reed shattered in his mouth. I cried from laughing so hard [:
