Man those were some insane sounds coming out of him. Obviously staged, I don't think people throwing tantrums would beat their chests or try to stick a remote up their butts...

He could actually have a serious mental illness known as multiplex developmental disorder. It causes these types of serious short tantrums, usually in preschoolers but there is little known about the illness so it could cause tantrums in preteens/teens. The disorder also causes children to not be able to discern fantasy from reality so cancelling a WoW account would to them essentially be killing off part of their life. He could also be autistic. I remember playing that version so long ago with my parents. I think it's still my favorite game.
