Appearance: Bonnie is petite for her eighteen years, standing only at 5'1 in height. Her complexion is smooth and creamy in color - not too pale and not too tan. Bright persimmon locks hang down to her elbows, but she usually keeps it up in a ponytail. Aside from the ponytail, she also wears two tight braids in her hair as well as a Brandeis blue scarf. Her eyes are Brandeis blue in color, too; her mother said she inherited them from her father. [#158]
Hometown: Camphoreon City
History: Born into a poor family, Bonnie was raised on the lower south side of Camphoreon City. Her family didn't have much when she was growing up. Bonnie's father, Kakeru, worked in construction, while her mother, Nadeshiko, stayed at home taking care of the little girl. Life was hard, but somehow they all managed to get by. That is, until Kakeru started gambling. Things just got worse after that with Bonnie's father raking in all sorts of debts.
At age five, Bonnie made her first friend - a young boy who would grow up to be her best and most trusted friend: Clyde. The two of them went to school together, despite growing up on the opposite ends of the tracks. He was from the wealthy side of town, but that didn't matter. Clyde always made her forget all of the troubles she had at home. With him, everything was okay. He made her feel safe and happy.
Unlike the other kids she knew, Bonnie was unable to begin her pokemon journey when she turned ten. How could her parents send her out? They had no pokemon. So, with no other choice, she had to stay behind. Seeing all the other children going off on their own fueled a burning passion inside of her, but there was nothing she could do.
Things started to look up a bit on her seventeenth birthday. The gift her father gave her was more than she could ever ask for. It was a pidgey; her very own pokemon. Sure, the little guy wasn't a water pokemon like she had wanted, but who cared? The pidgey was hers, and she couldn't have been more pleased. Naming him Cyclone, she promptly welcomed him to the family.
But Cyclone's arrival was bittersweet. The very next morning, both Nadeshiko and her daughter woke up to find that Kakeru had gone. A note on the table explained that he had to do it in order to get away and 'clear his head.' His daughter had known better, though. He had abandoned the two of them - leaving them with nothing but a life of poverty and a string of debts.
In order to help provide for herself and her mother, Bonnie ended up leaving home. Clyde had mentioned something about wonderful job opportunities over to the west of Camphoreon City. So, with Cyclone in tow, she set out. It didn't take her long to find the Team Rocket Headquarters and join the ranks. Specializing in intelligence collection and interrogation, she now works with Team Rocket and has settled in rather well. Now all she can do is move up in the ranks until she is able to make decent enough money to provide for her family.
Personality: Bonnie is a soft-spoken girl with an air of seriousness about her. She's an enigma of sorts. Not much is known about her, as she prefers to keep her personal life and history to herself. Clyde is one of the only ones she trusts with information like that. Her reserved nature serves her well, enabling Bonnie to often slip away unnoticed by most people. She uses this to her advantage, especially for any undercover jobs.
Around her friends and pokemon, the walls start to come down. Bonnie lets loose when she is with Clyde, becoming friendly and playful. She can often be seen laughing and joking around with him. They are, after all, partners in crime. With Cyclone, the Rocket becomes almost motherly. She is very affectionate and protective of the bird pokemon. Next to Clyde, Cyclone is her whole world.
Weaknesses & Flaws: The biggest problem Bonnie has is letting other people in. She is a secretive person, keeping both her life and her emotions to herself most of the time. This makes it difficult for those around her to know how she really feels. She also has a tendency to be a bit harsh around others - goofing off, joking and fooling around at work is unacceptable. She is very no-nonsense when it comes to her job, and she takes her work very seriously.
Dream: To become a Water pokemon master.

History: Cyclone was given to Bonnie as a gift on her seventeenth birthday from her father. This was the last gift, and the last time she would ever see him. Bonnie took caring for her knew Pidgey very seriously after that - he was her first pokemon, after all. She worked and trained with Cyclone every day, and aside from being her starter, he is one of the most valuable assets on her team. He specializes in intelligence collection.

History: Sparx is like Cyclone in that he was given to Bonnie by another person. However, the pikachu differs from the pidgeot in that he wasn't given as a gift. Bonnie received Sparx as a pichu from Sam, another Rocket Grunt who was his original trainer. She didn't want to take care of the pokemon anymore, so instead of just abandoning him, she decided to give him a new home. He has been with Bonnie and her team ever since, and although it wasn't easy starting out, he has learned to accept and love his place with his new trainer.

History: Banshee is Bonnie's latest addition to her pokemon team. She obtained - or stole, rather - her from a young girl and her older brother. She battled the two of them, along side her partner, Clyde. In the end, Bonnie and Clyde manage to "win" the battle, and ended up stealing the girl's Misdreavus and her brother's shiny Absol. This was all part of a mission organized by Team Rocket.
