Honestly Im not too big of a fan of Inuyasha, but I suppose if I had to choose one it would be his Half Demon. Considering he can be badass, as well as keeping in mind the safety of human life... even though he truly only cares for kagome (not sure if I spelled her name correctly, BUT I hope you know who I mean >.<)

I think Human form is best just because it looks cool, gives it a new change on his silver/gray hair

he's awesome as full demon but i just think he's funnier as a half demon or human. which in my opinion is alot better. blaugh
