Charles Vi Britannia. Why? Because he can alter your very being. He can turn you from a normal person who can't do anything to the world's greatest knightmare pilot(that works for him!!!)
Hell he could have even turned Lelouch into a better puppet(one loyal only to him) just by erasing the memory of Nunnally and his mother.
Sure most other geasses seem to have the capacity to make a person bend to your will but hey what do you expect from "The Power of Kings"

Her geass is basically the ability to transfer or slip to one's mind via eye contact.

Armagio Valtieri only bad thing is that her physical body has to die for it to be fully activated =( now does it? or you based it when she used it on anya? personally speaking i think her physical body need not to die to activate it. Although it was only shown once, I think it wasn't needed she just used it so as to survive in my opinion
