Eve was sweeping up her floors of her new shop for the customers soon to come. She was wearing her cute apron that looked like cake. After she swept, she moved her hands in a magical manner, and made candy float in the air. She smiled as Tykier came out with Kyler.
Ty came out with his professional apron on, and bringing Kyler to a seat near the counter.
Kyler had his special books with Braille in them. He sat down, and opened one up. Smiling, he 'read' the bumps with his fingers. All the while, eating a pastry that his mother made him. It was a delicious jelly doughnut. A doughnut with chocolate all over it, and sprinkles on it. But not on all of it, the sprinkles are scrunched up there on the edge.
"Hey, Mom! I think it was a good idea to make this shop!"
"Me, too, sweetie..." Eve smiled at them, and started to conjure up some sweets into the display case.

"Please Daddy, please Daddy, please Daddy, PLEEEEASE Daddy!"
Caspian Cathaldus sighed and rolled his eyes, finally stopping and turning to face his ever-hungry son. "No, Fitz, for the last time, you CAN'T eat the ingredients. They are for the pizzas and the shop, not for hungry little baby bellies like you." Smiling gently, he ruffled his son's hair, receiving a pout in return, before turning and seeing a shop that looked like it sold food. Silently thanking the heavens, he took Fitzroy's hand and led him across the street. "But we can get you a donut if you're that hungry."
Fitzroy nodded happily, then frowned slightly before looking up at Caspian with some concern in his eyes. "Um, Daddy, what if I'm a-hungry for free donuts?"
Caspian sighed slightly, then smiled down at the boy. "Then I guess that we're going to get you three donuts."
Entering the shop, Caspian walked up the to counter and smiled at the lady in the cake apron before ordering. "Hi, um, can I get, er, two chocolate donuts and one of those jelly-filled ones?"
Fitzroy, meanwhile, walked over to where the nice-looking boy with the interesting wings and sat by him. Smiling, he eyed the donut for a moment, trying to suppress Pac-man's drooling, before addressing the boy. "Mm, that donut looks really really really yummy!"

Eve smiled at the man, "Okay! It'll be a nano-sec!" She waved her hands, and two chocolate donuts and a jelly-filled one floated to the plate on the counter. "There you go!" She spyed Fitz, "Isn't he a kid from..." It was pretty obvious. "I have two from there."
Kyler smiled, he was getting better at not jumping when someone talked to him, "Thanks. My name's Kyler! What's yours?" His two tentacles went over to where Fitzroy was, and felt his wings. "Don't mind my tentawings... They're actually very kind!" He kept looking at the book.

Caspian blinked and smiled at the quick service, happy that this little detour wouldn't be taking that long at all. That is, he knew he could have appeased Fitzroy's ever-present hunger with a stick or some leaves or something found on the street, but the new father was rather reluctant to believe that his adopted son could actually digest such things. Which was saying something, as Caspian believed in most things.
As he rummaged for his wallet, he was taken a little aback by the woman's comments, but after taking a closer glance at her two children (or what he assumed to be her children), he simply smiled a little ruefully. "Yup. He's, ah what was it... Gluttony and Liberality. Yeah, that's it. Sweet boy, really. Loves to eat." Caspian glanced over to where Fitzroy and Kyler were sitting, and remarked a little distantly, "I didn't know you could get more than one..."
Meanwhile Fitzroy, oblivious to the talk of the adults, smiled as the purple-y - no, lavenvender-y - boy petted his wings. He gave Kyler's a cautious pat in return, giggling at the texture. "I'm Fitzroy! Nice tah meetcha!" He leaned in closer to the other boy, curious to see what he was reading, only to be confused by the lack of words. "Umum, how are yah readin' those bumpies, Kyler?"

"Yeah... Well, I had Tykier first, and when he became a teen, I got another letter in the mail about Kyler. Tykier is the one over there." Eve stated as she gestured to Ty.
Tykier waved at Caspian, "Hello!"
Eve looked back at Caspian, "He's a Wrath and Abstinence. His Wrathful side was a pain in the butt to deal with." She laughed, "And over there, is my sweetie, Kyler. He's Lust and Kindness, but poor boy can't see..."
"They're braille, made for people who can't see..." His tentawings wriggled with joy of being petted.

Caspian nodded as the woman spoke, glancing over at Tykier when he was introduced and smiled lightly, one hand still half-rummaging for his wallet. He nodded at the older spawn-child. "Hey. Nice to meet you."
As the woman's comment about Ty's Wrath, Caspian chuckled and nodded. "Yeah, that would make sense. Lucky for me, Fitz doesn't have anything that violent, although you wouldn't believe the things that he eats. Him and that silly tummy-mouth of his. Just yesterday I had to get him another easel; boy keeps taking huge bites - I mean HUGE - out of the legs and stuff. Crazy..."
"Oh..." said Fitzroy, peering even closer to the strange book and watching Kyler read it with obvious curiosity. It took a few seconds, but soon enough the implication got through the toddler's head, and he looked at Kyler, amazed and a little shocked. "So, so, so you can't see, Kyler? But-but-but-" he stammered, brain struggling to work through this new information, "How can you see where's your goin', Kyler?"
