Yeah! This'll make a great first thread that no body will post in!

No flaming any one because you think their favorite character is lame or a panzy or some sort of business... And you'll find out why I made that rule here in just a second.

So, the title says it all. Who's your favorite and why are they your favorite.

To start things off, I'd have to say that my favorite video game character of all time must be Tidus. Yes, you read right. I said Tidus. Hey, don't give me that look. I know, you expected me to pick Master Chief, (did I spell Chief right this time?) or Cloud, or Solid Snake. Nope. I like Tidus. Why? Because the emotions that he produces seem very realistic. Sure, he may just be some teenage boy going through puberty and hates his father, but you know what? I think we all go through that. In fact, I'm certain. We just hate our fathers in different degrees is all.

Secondly, I like his outfit... er... sort of. I do wish that it wasn't cut off on one of the leggings. You know, the part where it kind of shows his underware. At least I think it's underware. Whatever, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. But other than that, I do like his outfit. And the hair. Everything about him just screams surfer dude. I'm almost surprised he didn't go around saying, "Dude, those waves are totally sick!" or something to that degree.

The voice over was done very well in my opinion. But which voice actor I'm I talking about you say? I'm not telling. Oh, OK. The English voice actor. Mostly because I've never heard the Japanese voice actor for Tidus. I just like it, so sue me if you think I'm crazy.

His weapon was pretty cool as well. And I'm talking about both his weapon that Wakka gave him, and his legendary weapon. Both names to the weapons seem to escape me right now, but both were very cool looking.

His moves were also very cool. Especially Blitz Ace. That was my favorite Overdrive in the whole game, but it sure did take some time getting. You had to work hard for that one.

So, that's why I like Tidus the most. And when I say Tidus, I pronounce it Taidus. Yes, I know it's actually pronounced Teedus, but I like the way Taidus sounds better. Plus, you can name him whatever you want any way, so it doesn't really matter I guess...
