 Despite being happy now and liking soquili lands, there were times when Inali missed her distant memories of home. They came faster now, so that she could recall a roaring sea over sharp cliffs where juicy grass grew, and the herd frisked in the ruins of human built castles and monasteries. It had been a good life from what Inali could remember- one that was simple but filled with happiness, lived in relative harmony with the two-leggers. Even now Inali did not particularly mind them, particularly when it came to having her mane and tail groomed.
Having never found the stallion who came from the same isles as herself again, Inali kept her loneliness hidden. She thought there may be others (certainly Dominick was, wasn't he?), but she hadn't communicated with them yet. In fact, she had been lonely as a whole, not finding company despite searching for it. Maybe it was just that she lived in an odd territory, where trees met the sea. Still, to have not seen anyone was just rather sad.
Shaking it off (thank the gods she could now), Inali emerged from the trees, trotting down the sands towards the sea. The water wasn't good for drinking, but on a hot day such as this, it was a relief. It might get too cold after a while, but for now it felt good. Inali waded up to her knees, letting the waves buffet her slightly and hit her stomach. Ah yes, that felt amazing.
When she emerged from the water, there were hoofprints on the sand. Curious and curiouser. "Hello? Is anyone out there?" Inali called out to the seemingly empty horizon.

 Och, she found me out. Padraig thought to himself, he had thought to stay out of sight until he found out who was near his home in the hills. As he had approach he found his old training come to play; Do not let your enemies see you comin'. But all was for not when he realized it was a mare by her lonesome, swimming in the cooling waters as he had done many'a times when the heat became to much.
He came out from his hiden spot near the trees, and with a clearing of his throat he announced, " 'ello my lady. I was on a walk and heard a splashing upon the shore and decided to investigate. Pádraig at your serves, pleasure to meet you." He bowed slightly, given his training in knighthood for a time. "What brings you here on a fine day such as this?"

While Inali was initially startled to find company so quickly, she relaxed a fair amount when she heard the friendly tone and words of the stallion that had joined her. He certainly didn't look like he was about to to harm her, for all that he was dark and that his eyes held a certain glow about them that should have spoke of malevolence. No, Inali was sure he meant no harm.
"I'm sorry if I disturbed your thoughts good sir. It was hot out, and I thought that going in the waves would help to take some of it away. You must know what having a dark coat is like." He was darker than her, so he must have known. And his accent... It was so familiar! He must have been born close to where she had. The day was turning out quite interesting.
"Do you live around here? I mean... from your accent, I garner you come from far. It sounds similar to what I heard from home. My original home. Cornwall." Not knowing how to introduce the subject (it seemed almost rude to delve into such a personal issue right away), Inali stumbled through her words.
"I live further down the beach now. Oh, where are my manners? I'm Inali, by the way." She bowed her head courteously, ending her ramblings for the time being.

He chuckled at the dark coat comment, knowing her meaning. It could be hellish especially on muggy days, thats why he tended to stay in more shaded areas around trees preferably.
His eyes widen in surprise, " Cornwall ye say? Oh aye, I've heard of it. Ireland correct? I haven't been there fer awhile now." His accent making his "r's" roll. "I live a wee ways away love. In the hills of Scotland, ye can't get enough of the beautiful hills and heathers that Scotland has to offer. Can't recall the name because I travel alot but I mostly stay in scotland or a time or two in Ireland. England tends to have the most two-leggers, which can get pretty annoying."
He nodded at her, " Pleasure to be meeting your acquaintance Miss Inali. What brings your lovely self here?"
