Alright.
Now that I've gone to sleep, taken a bath, killed zombies on some video game then ate a snack, I can finally make this thread! YAY =D
Now, I'm going to start off by saying that our guild isn't going to be having a Human world thread, reason? Because, I've witnessed so many guilds before having them and all they turn out to be is a waste of time, space and gold to buy the sub-forum, so I should say right now we aren't going to be putting one in, perhaps in the future.

Las Noches is my territory BACK OFF! Las Noches isn't going to be run however by Aizen obviously, I'm tired of those story lines DX Aizen, blah blah blah. If you've read the home page you should know a little about what's going on there, if you haven't...then read @_@
Second of all Psioxy isn't actually going to be anything in the guild, I'll let him talk about that.
Also, the academy is out, it's useless and has proved to be a waste of time, as said by Psioxy.
I want to make a guild petition sub-forum however, this allows members to fully create an idea and present it there, once a certain amount of votes are on it then we can go ahead and decide if it will be useful to the guild or not.
That's it. Thoughts anyone? XP

Smart moves!! And i really don't say that too often xDD
I especially like the petition forms! What a great idea! However, is there a limit s to what you can do in the forum? esp: overthrowing a captain, banning somebody, ect..?

Yes, there would have to be a limit. I mean if there is a captain that is helping the guild but someone doesn't like him/her and they start a petition well we aren't going to let that happen. The petition forum would have to be for IDEAS only, along those lines, nothing to do with banning or overthrowing someone, that would turn out messy.

I now agree with the academy being useless, seeing that in the join request you'd need to submit four paragraphs of how you RP.
And I like the new Pandora plot. It's really creative and unique. G'job Renji! ^^

Big thumbs up for the guild petitions. That way we'd see if the rest of the members are up for it. It's way better than putting up a suggestion thread in the main forum.
Edit: Are we considering having Vizards around the guild? I think it'd be cool to have them around.

Vizards would be cool I think they should be considered but right now lets get the captains filled.
The plot is good.
Oh, and as for me, I will not be playing any sort of role in the guild, I'm going to merely be a Admin to help people.

The thing I am wary about with the Vaizards is, that a bumch of people are going to want to become Vaizard via the Hogyoku, which could leave certain squads people-less.
Now that I type it out, it seems kind of irrational, but that is what I am thinking.

Well things we need to consider here everyone is also the guild story line, it's not yet sure if we are going to even have Vizards or if they would be able to blend in with the storyline. Aizen and Hogyoku are gone, destroyed not to be seen again, so introducing anything like that would be against the storyline.

Well that is also true. How about let's say Pandora made a new species of Arrancar? The Cuchillo. : D
We never got that one running in Coral Star but it's not quite a bad idea... or is it?

Renji's Pandora storyline is really nice, it's a lot better than just putting Aizen back in Las Noches.
As for the Vizards, not all of the Vizards were created via the Hougyoku. Ichigo was never exposed to its effects but is currently a Vizard. But then again, perhaps their cases are different, as Ichigo underwent hollowfication through a 'normal' process-- that being his Chain of Fate eroded. While Shinji and the others were 'transformed' by an unknown method used by Aizen, Gin and Tosen.
At the Vizards again, I agree that we need more active members before we allow others to apply as Vizards.

The Cuchillo are Arrancars that are stronger than the Espada. They were introduced to the guild by Renji before but never pushed through since the guild lacked inactive members. I do think that it'd be perfect to have them in the guild now. 3nodding
On the Vizards... maybe Kitsu can make something that has a similar effect as the Hougyoku or something. That is if we can still squeeze the Vizards in the storyline. xP
