Hanging from the ceiling ... or so it seemed.
Chinook sat upside-down in one of the Orphange sofas. He was as bored as heck and the place seemed dead! He was half tempted to start dancing around the room to keep him distracted ... even though he normal danced around the room anyways, maybe this time he'd do it with only his boxers on. Oh! Now, that would be entertaining ...
Okay, so he was talking to himself now. Well not talking to himself, but having a debat in his mind ... OH GOD! HE WAS BORED!

"Just...just get him the hell away from me," were the words growled by a very disgruntled and ruffled young man. Lifting a wrist, he brushed it across his mouth for what seemed the billionth time, still shuddering as it made contact.
"Oh, Diego...Kujo was just playing with you..." came his sister's soft voice, her dark brows drawn across her face. One small hand lay at her chest, fingers loosely curled, her other currently holding onto Kujo's hand. She seemed the complete opposite to her elder brother, for where he was dark, she was light - in both personality and appearance. Even her worried face clashed with his stormy one.
And this Kujo they spoke of? Well, he was currently sporting a bloody lip. Lips that, despite the situation, were smiling. A bright, obnoxious smile.
"It's alright," he laughed, tail wagging. "I was just tring to prove a point, you know? Didn't think I'd make your brother question his sexuality..." His violet ears pinned back as he laughed.
Dante lifted her hand a bit higher to hide her smile, "C'mon, Kujo...let's get you cleaned up..." She ducked her head and pulled him into the orphanage, leading him towards the bathroom to tend to his cut.
"Be good, Diego!"
Be good. Be good, she says. The dogboy slammed his fist into the door upon entering, his flaxen brows drawn. That b*****d had DARED to kiss him. Kiss him! Every time he ran into that stupid, green-eyed mutt, he swore his own I.Q. dropped several points. How his sister put up with him was beyond him - she was too nice.
"God damnit!"

Xiu Xue peered into the orphanage. Her ghost white skin a contrast to everything around her. The soft gray of her lips reflecting in her eyes. She tentatively stepped inside looking around to see if anyone was around. It felt odd coming her after she'd been adopted. It felt like she didn't belong here anymore, not that she wanted to. It wasn't fun being a homeless orphan.
"Anyone here?" she called out. It took a moment before she noticed Chinook. She tilted her head to the side wondering what he was doing upside down. "Why are you sitting like that?" she asked. Her question was cut short when she jumped. She instinctively moved forward turning to see Diego.

Chinook looked up ... or down, he wasn't really sure. Anyways, he heard the other like him walk in, and punch the door on his way. He cursed, and Chinook gave a smirk, 'Sisters, eh?'
He then noticed Xiu Xue and smirked, 'Bored.'

The short boy's head snapped in Chinook's direction, blue eyes analyzing him the second they landed. They narrowed slowly, brows knitting together - was he amused?
"What do you care?" he snapped, irritated more so by the stupid look - or so he thought himself - on the other boy's face.
He opened his mouth to say something else, but was cut off by a loud whine from the bathroom.
"OWWW! Danteeee, that STINGSSS!"
"Oh, I'm so sorry, Kujo!"
Whine, whine. "Kiss it and make it better, pleeease."
Only silence came from Diego's parted lips, even as he side stepped out of Xiu Xue's way. He spun sharply and stared at the door, the epitome of anger.

Chinook sat up and shook his head, 'I don't care.' He got up, and walked over beside Diego and stared at the door for a moment, before looking at him, 'You bust your a** for your sister and that guy steps in the way. Guess he'll never learn until you kill him, eh?'
He wanted to knock on the door and tell that Kujo feller he'd better shut up before Diego kills him, but he thought it'd be stepping in the way. Better for Diego to warn him anyway.

"Rrrrgh, just leave me alone already! Jeez!"
"But you're just too fun to tease, brother dear."
There was a light thump followed by an "Ow!" and the sound of something being forcibly dragged away. "C'mon El, playtime's over. You sure you'll be alright, Lu?"
"Yes." Of course! "I'll have a bit of peace, finally. Seeya." Waving to his guardian and giving his brother one last glare, Luciel walked into the orphanage. Every once in a blue moon, he and Elliot sort of got along, yes, but today was just not one of those days. Nonstop bickering and teasing since the wee hours of the morning. So, for the sake of everyone's sanity, Tahoi decided that one of them had to go out for a bit and go out now. Naturally, Elliot decided to walk him to the Orphanage, teasing him the whole way. Sheeeeesh.
The first thing he did was go into a corner with his notebook. His eyebrow twitched when he noticed that Elliot was right, he did sit off by himself a lot. Agh.

Xiu Xue felt like Diego had just about declared war on Chinook. She didn't think he'd much notice her, which made her slightly grateful. She looked at over both boys before shrugging and sitting down in an empty chair.
"It doesn't seem like there is much to do, today." She mumbled it to herself. She shook her head flicking her ears at Kujo's whining. Her mind was desperate to think of something to say or something to do. "How old is he? He sounds two..." she muttered. Kujo's whining made her wish she had bad hearing like humans. She folded them forward using her fur to block the sounds.

He regarded Chinook with guarded eyes, his only visible brow quirking. What was he up to? Diego tore his eyes away and fixed the bathroom door with a glare of spite, before turning on his heel and brushing past the other boy to make his way towards the sofa he had once occupied. There, he threw himself down and lounged his arms across the back.
"Killing him a thousand times wouldn't be enough," he drawled, voice low. "Besides, Dante's a good girl. He's doing all that s**t to piss me off. And he's succeeding."
His nose curled, lip following as he snarled; his face turned a fraction in Xiu Xue's direction.
"Almost eighteen which makes him a cradle robber if he tries anything. I highly doubt it, though."
He lifted a hand and pinched the bridge of his nose; how many things could agitate him in one day?
One more, maybe. Even though Luciel did nothing to trigger his anger, just the similarity he had with a certain reindeer was enough to give Diego a migraine.
"Damn wallflowers..."

Chinook cocked an eyebrow as Diego tore past him. He spun around, and leaned against the wall, 'I'm sure your sister knows what she's doing then.' He paused, 'As for that a*****e in there, he'll learn his lesson.'
'Seems he's digging his grave by pissing you off ... hurting your sister, he'd just have signed his own death certificate.' He cocked an eyebrow and glanced to the bathroom door again.

Luciel's ears twitched. Although he was doing his best to immerse himself in what he was trying to do, he wasn't focused enough to not hear Diego's words. Everyone wanted to point out his faults today, huh? So he liked to keep to himself. ((And he was shy.)) What was wrong with that? His eyes narrowed for a moment before he shook his head. Stop right there. You came here to relax a bit, remember? No getting riled up over nothing. No provoking the already ticked off shorty.

Xiu Xue glanced over at Luciel, no one had said hello to him though he hadn't said anything to them either. She stood up walking over to him. "What's your name?" she asked gently. She gave a smile and sighed wishing it was summer. She didn't like wearing heavy clothing. It was really too bad there were so many male dogs around, otherwise she'd lounge around in her under garments.
What was she thinking? She blushed giving a breathless laugh at her embarrassment. She really shouldn't think of such things while she was around boys. She wasn't sure if there was an appropriate time to think of such things. It wasn't like she could go home and strip down. She blanched again. Her mind wasn't working today.

Luciel stopped what he was doing and looked at Xiu Xue. "...I'm Luciel. And you are...?" He shifted slightly where he sat (which was on the floor on his legs) stretching his legs out. He raised his eyebrows when she blushed and blanched. That looked a little odd. Is she sick?

He sneered, finding Chinook's words amusing; he vaguely reminded him of someone he once knew - the way he talked, maybe? He wasn't sure, but he was tolerable. More so than the others that were currently surrounding him in their stupidity.
"They'll come out in three, two, one..."
He lifted a finger and pointed towards the door, which seemed to swing open the minute he made his motion.
"You're perfectly fine, now Kujo. Though I do think you need some ice." The girl was even shorter than Diego, tiny and petite in comparison to the tall boy at her side.
"Ice cream?"
"Ice, dumbass."
"I love you too, Diego~" he sang.
Diego stood up, tail bristling. The other boy's lips formed an 'o', brows arching before he flounced off down the hallway, making his way towards the kitchen; Izzy wouldn't like it much if he came home in a box, that much was for sure.
"D'ego, please calm down..." Dante gently pushed her brother back onto the couch and knelt before him, her curly tail coiling even tighter. "He was just playing...please, D'ego..."
Diego was clearly ignoring her, instead paying more attention to the way Luciel's ears had twitched. Fun, fun.
"What'cha writin', bookworm?" he crooned, the smile on his lips and mocking one. Dante's white ears flattened, burying her face within her hands.
Sometimes...

Yaone, with her purple hair and spear that practically never left her side, came spinning in to the room, tripping over a sofa, going head over heels onto her back, looking at the ceiling. Her amber eyes seemed to be spinning even though that was physically impossible, but still. She simply stayed there, her mind racing, pain along her spine, neatly tied purple hair splayed everywhere and her spear in her right hand, loosly gripped.
